This condo is in the perfect location. Off the beaten path with easy access from downtown Clearwater or from the south coming up Gulf Blvd and across Sand Key Bridge. Walking distance to everything. One grocery store on the island (Publix) but many mini marts for the smaller items. Also grocery stores in Clearwater just over the bridge on Hwy 60.
Clearwater Beach is friendly and a clean place to visit. Sunshine, water, white sand, events and plenty of things to do and see. Many of the smaller towns have free events and live music at many restaurants. There is a ferry taxi, and trolley along with the bus for traveling from downtown Clearwater out to the island.
Studio condo was perfect for a couple. View of yacht club, boats and water was so nice at night. Quiet, but close to everything you need.
The property was clean, well-maintained and lived up to advertised description. It was close enough to the beach and the all important places but, still far enough to provide quiet setting which we were looking for. The customer service was very professional. Highly recommended.
Everyone was very friendly, it was very busy by the pier so to avoid traffic and get some fresh air we just walked everywhere. And if we didn't feel like going to pier 60 we drove to some other beaches that were close. We did some fishing off of the boardwalk and caught a bunch of little fish. Very fun! Will definitely be coming back in the future!
We truly enjoyed our recent trip to Clearwater Beach and our stay in the Bayside Condo. The condo was true to the description and pictures. We enjoyed being away from the craziness of the main beach yet found that with a 1 to 1.5 mile walk we could be out for dinner, drinks, and action. It was easy to walk to stores, restaurants, and bars. One day we even walked the Clearwater bridge for a day at Sand Key park. It was close enough to everything but gave us a little more privacy. The pool was a great reprieve from the heat and the view from the balcony was welcomed in the evening. When we return to the area we will highly consider renting here again!
Clean property with lots of thoughtful items included to make your stay comfortable. Located away from the crowded main roads, which was really nice! Near to the beach (short drive).
Loved the location of this property. It was quiet and well maintained building. The weather was great and the king size bed was a little firm but fabulous for us .I left some jewelry by accident and I was notified right away. I certainly appreciated it being returned.Would consider staying here again sometime.
