I needed a place for a few months while I was getting settled in Tucson. Loved the location. The guesthouse is not fancy like some other places I stayed at when on a short vacation, but what do you expect for the price. Was well appointed - cooking was a pleasure, bed was comfy, TV, internet good. Comfortable, close to everything I needed (didn't have a car).
The owners were there when I needed them once, very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
Does the job
Sherrill made check in/check out quick and painless. She was available for any questions or concerns. The property is located near most everything but still on a quiet street. It's small, but efficient. There's plenty of room for clothing as well as other storage if staying awhile. The unit is small, but the shower is huge! The kitchen is equipped enough to do the job. Theres a propane BBQ too!
Worked well for couple with pet.
The unit worked well for a couple with dog. Its location in a quiet neighborhood was convenient to shopping, movies, the University and downtown. Its condition inside was mostly very good including floor tile, paint, ceiling, windows and blinds and heat and AC. There was ample storage space and good off street parking, also 2 secure back yard spaces safe for the dog. Two maintenance issues inside were the loose faucet in the kitchen sink and a spacious but well-worn shower, with floor tile that was apparently previously painted to spruce it up but now needing more sprucing or replacing, and a loose drain cover in the shower floor. Outside the paint was bright but just starting to peel. Curb appeal was a bit compromised by some weeds and failure to remove some gone-by plants. All that said, all our needs were well met. The owner, after some difficulty communicating when we first arrived, was very responsive to our needs and exceptionally helpful in accommodating our request for a slightly extended stay. Overall we thought this unit was offered at an excellent price for its convenient location and overall good condition.
Met my needs.
The property was in a central location close to stores and other amenities. Location in a well established neighborhood. The off street parking was nice to have. The unit was clean and met all my needs. I would recommend this property to my friends.
The casita was clean and well supplied
The facility was a pleasant and quiet stay away from home. We would just sit in the breezeway in the mornings and enjoy the weather. The landlord was just a telephone call away and responded promptly on a small plumbing leak and a couple of burnt out lights. I would rent it again and recommend it to others.
One item that could be improved is the shower. My wife didn't care for the black spots under the caucking but we considered that to be a small problem in view of the cleanliness of the whole casita.
Conveniently located close to the University of Arizona, hiking, biking, golfing, shopping, dining and cultural attractions.

Nightly Rate: $50 - $60 Weekly Rate: $325 - $375 Monthly Rate: $750 - $950 January and February - $60/night (4 night minimum), $375/week, 975/month. March and April -$50/night (4 night minimum), $350/week, $875/month. May - September: $325/week (one week minimum), $775/month. October and December: $60/night (4 night minimum), $350/week, $895/month. A 50% deposit required at time of reservation. Reservation must be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival date. A $50 nonrefundable cleaning deposit and a $100 refundable security deposit check are required with the last payment.
