Perfect for our summer lake retreat

  • 5 of 5

This was the quintessential lake house. We felt secluded, but still had all conveniences very close by. Has the look and feel of a lake house, with everything provided that you need to have fun. Furniture was comfortable, kitchen fully stocked, large deck and dock were awesome. Large mature trees provide good shade. The cove is nice and quiet. Sound system was also a big bonus. Everything was clean and easy to navigate. Marina is really close for renting water crafts. Property is also fenced in the front for privacy and any hounds you may bring. Beautiful memories were made! Thanks Karl and Erika!

We had a good time at the cottage, secluded in a woods setting, cottage was clean, we brought our boat and loved the covered dock, convenient to local stores .. fishing was a little tough but we still caught fish, lake keowee is beautiful clean lake .. we hope to be back again. Thank You

Very quaint cottage with all the conveniences of lakefront living

  • 5 of 5

We rented this cottage to celebrate our son's graduation from Clemson. It was sufficiently large for our family of 4 and my brother and his significant other. We had about 7 of his friends join us for brunch on the deck and boating. We rented a boat from lake keowee marina for a day and went out for a ride around the lake, skiing and tubing. We grilled steaksl and enjoyed the horse shoes, canoe and paddle boat. We had a delightful time. There place was tastefully decorated and had a fully stocked kitchen. The only disappointment was that we didn't have more time to spend there. Thanks Erika and Karl for sharing your home with us.

Just what you need and expect. Quiet, comfortable, and very responsive owners

  • 5 of 5

We rented this property for a three day weekend. Towed our 20' pontoon boat from Raleigh North Carolina so we could boat around the beautiful lake. The added benefit of being able to dock the boat at this house was perfect. The canoes and paddle boat made for good entertainment, and they were included at no extra! The owners were super easy to work with throughout the process. Very responsive and helpful. The house held us 4 adults and 3 young children perfectly. Being able to grill out and enjoy the lake view from the nice deck was wonderful. We would absolutely stay again, but for a longer duration.

Jocassee State Park (15 miles) and abundant golf courses such as Cross Creek Plantation. You are
