Aweseom Awesome Awesome
My husband and I loved our stay!! The cottage is beautifully decorated and has everything you need, just need food. I was worried about no stove however we were fine, better than fine. The electric skillets and outdoor grill that were provided was perfect!!! Outside was perfect as well! Beautiful clear spring water, kayaks, etc. If you want to stay in this area - I recommend this cottage. Thanks so much for having us - we will be back!!!
Cottage is clean as a whistle and very nicely appointed . owners live next door and very pleasant and accommodating. Power went out for a couple hours one night and he came by with a flashlight for us and told us where the oil lamps were. There are a couple of kayaks, a paddle boat and a canoe. nice patio and bbq grill. very relaxing enjoying the sounds of birds singing and fish jumping in clear canal. enjoyed our short stay
Thank you so much for choosing to stay at our cottage. We look forward to having you about quests in the future. You were a lovely couple , and we enjoyed having you .
Great spot to relax
Wish we would have had more time. This place is perfect for a relaxing getaway. We were in the area for a wedding so had limited time but we did stay a few nights. My husband enjoyed the waterfront for fishing and just watching the wildlife. I'm a thrift shopper so spent much of my time scouring the area for thrift shops--and I found some good ones! The cottage is quaint and decorated in antiques which I thought was charming. We found the bed to be super comfortable! The fenced in yard was wonderful for our little dog. The only thing missing was an oven/stove that some might miss--but we didn't mind at all. We used the gas grill and the microwave and did just fine. There's a small fridge in the cottage but there's another full size fridge/freezer enclosed off the back patio. Bathroom toiletries were a nice touch--as were the DVD selections. The hosts are next door if you need anything and are very helpful and friendly but don't bother you. We would definitely stay here again.
Wonderful, relaxing weekend
We had an absolute wonderful weekend at the cottage. The home was the perfect space for us to have a weekend away from home. We enjoyed getting to kayak and spend time outside. Dennis and Debra were very accommodating and helpful. We will definitely be back!
