Spacious 2,900 square feet, fully air conditioned 4 bedroom 2 bath house is located in what is called the Treasure Coast. This split plan house comprises of a Master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with roman tub, separate toilet and large separate walk-in shower, 3 further large bedrooms, two are furnished with queen sized beds and one room has twin sized, the second bathroom is situated off the hallway between the two double bedrooms and a queen size sofa bed located in lounge area, formal dining area, fitted kitchen (all crockery, cutlery, utensils and kitchenware supplied), with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, sink waste disposal unit, microwave, range and oven, including a large double door fridge/freezer with ice making compartment. The separate breakfast area overlooks covered patio. Very open plan with high vaulted ceilings, large sliding glass doors opening out to large covered patio furnished with BBQ and outdoor eating area. Just from the kitchen there is a separate laundry room comprising of washer, dryer and large sink which also opens to a double car garage with an electric door and circular drive in the front garden. Let me start by saying this house is truly a home away from home. The house is so spacious, and clean, clean, clean! There is tons of room. I love the covered patio in the backyard. A wonderful place to start the day with a cup of coffee and end the day watching the kids play. Its soooooo much better than a hotel. Having a full kitchen and washer and dryer is a big deal for me, it's the little things. There's plenty to do for the whole family, and nearby which makes it all so convenient. Beautiful beach for me, golf for hubby, fishing for son, shopping, and tons more to do that we enjoy together. Our family loves baseball and we think spring training is calling our name. It will become a family tradtion. The owner, Libby, is so accommodating and made booking so easy. She was able to answer all my questions and even made great suggestions. I'm letting my friends and family know how great this house is. Thanks Libby.

Home was clean and tidy and everything worked; all pots, plate and appliances of a home setting in place and in good order. Very comfortable setting for a family - we were 2 couples and 2 minor kids; so the 4 bedrooms were utilized. My son moaned that the TVs were not flat screen but the TVs did the job and we spent more 'family time' talking etc...... which was the real goal of the trip; so in my view still '5 stars'
Easy to find convenient location. LOVE the house! The owners are wonderful and very helpful. We have stayed here multiple times. Can't wait to go back! We highly recommend it!
The house was just as described. The property appeared well taken care of. Approximately 45 minutes to Hutcinson Island beaches. Ac worked quite well, being mid 90's in August! Appears to be very quite neighborhood. We would rent again!
The house was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. All the rooms were very large and comfortable and the master bathroom was huge. Even the sheets were fine quality which made for great sleeping. Kitchen was very well stocked. Separate laundry room with large sink. We went to beautiful Jensen Beach which took about a sightseeing 20 minutes. Tons of stores minutes away, even a Walmart. We would definitely stay here again.

This beautifully decorated villa is located north of Stuart and just south of Vero Beach. The location, just ten minutes drive from I-95 allows accessibility for many attractions along the Eastern side of Florida. Weekly Rate: $750-930 Monthly Rate: $2,500-4000 Depending on Season. Payment must be received in full 5 weeks prior to stay. Long stay rates may be negotiated depending on length of visit. $350 Security Deposit will be returned as long as property is left as clean as you found it less any damages or losses that have incurred. I require two weeks notice for cancellation. Winter season cancellation notice must be two months before stay period.
