We bought the property because of the gorgeous view, the peaceful tree-covered property and the charming Craftsman home. It has been lovingly restored over the years and we enjoy welcoming guests from all over to this very special place.
My family and I stayed here for a week while we were visiting Grants Pass for a family wedding and I really can't say enough about this wonderful place! The home is incredibly equipped for children and I was so thankful! They even had a stroller available, kids dishes and cups, high chair, and my 2 year old sons favorite part, the giant play house outside.
The views are amazing, you're so close to town and yet you feel you're out in a farm town the porch swing was quaint, and the rooms we're comfortable.
Thank you so much for renting out this wonderful place! I plan on coming back!
The only thing I will say is the back bedroom with the queen bed seems to be in an add on and it got very cold at night and we had to buy a space heater. Once we did that it was perfect!!
We all really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. Beds were very comfortable and slept great! Home had everything we needed and even had things we forgot. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.
Everything was perfect: So cute at first sight, welcoming front entrance, everyone had their own pleasantly decorated room. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked even basic spices for cooking. Plenty of wonderful bath towels & linens on comfortable beds.
This was our yearly "girls trip" we always stay in a VRBO rental, I was doing the dishes one evening while the others were chatting at the table, they all agreed that this was the best place we have stayed. It was cute well put together, and a great location to begin our day trips!
I loved this charming home! Great location and plenty of quiet space from neighbors! This home has everything you could need to kitchen supplies, towels, pillows etc. in this quaint beautiful older home. Very clean and freshly painted. The kitchen and bathrooms are newly remodeled and were perfect for our two families. The one shower was fine with us and the air conditioners worked perfectly fine in our 100 degree weather. The owner was always available through phone or email to answer questions and checked in to see how we are doing. The four bedrooms had comfortable beds and we really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely stay again!!!
The home was beautiful and well organized. Lovely porch and many squirrels to watch out in the lAwn in the morning. Not to far from town and little country market. Could not find any outside lights so was a little hard making way to door in dark, no A/c downstairs and it was very hot in grants pass however we managed. Stairs are steep going up to king size bedroom and room with two twins but are very comfortable and nicely decorated. Downstairs bathroom has the shower and window above shower could use a little curtain for feeling of privacy but overall it is a
Lovely home that I could image being at in the winter by the fire.
This house is lovely but the air conditioning information needs to be honestly represented in that 1 (ONE) upstairs bedroom has a window AC unit. We are here on an unusually extremely hot weekend. Also, The house was locked but many windows were not which makes me concerned about leaving valuables here.
