This villa offers fantastic value for money. The price you see is the price you pay. If you want the air conditioning a flat fee of €20 per week extra covers that.

The location is perfect for everyone from couples to large families of up to eight. Beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance.

Set over two levels the villa itself villa offers spacious, private accommodation for up to eight people.

There is a a private solar heated pool, sun bathing areas, shaded outdoor dining and entertaining area plus extensive indoor facilities including a TV room with cable TV in most languages including the main channels you are used to, DVD player, books, games and DVDs.

Free WiFi fibre optic internet access.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has luxury granite work surfaces and you can dine and relax indoors in the main salon.

All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms or shower rooms and their own TV. The villa is brilliantly located for both daytime and night time holiday activities.

The garden area is completely fenced off so no worries about shildren getting our into the street outside.

Ideal for: We recommend this accommodation for sun-seekers, activity holidays (such as mountain cycling) and, of course, golfers. There are eight golf courses on Gran Canaria two of which are in Maspalomas. We enjoy an excellent climate all the year round.

Is our villa right for you?: We have made every effort to make this accommodation safe and secure. Smoke detectors are fitted, fire extinguishers are provided and exit routes are clearly signed. There is a first aid kit in the property. There are NO GAS APPLIANCES in the property. The outdoor areas have tiles which are designed to reduce the chance of slipping.

Please note there are two flights of stairs - one of these can be secured using an internal door and the other using an external child gate for the protection for young children. The swimming pool is approximately 1.4 meters (4 feet 6 inches) deep and can be fenced off for the protection of young children. A life ring is provided. We happily accept parties including children, however it is the responsibility of the adults in the party to ensure the welfare of those children at all times.

A wonderfully spacious, contemporary bungalow beautifully furnished with all the facilities/luxuries one would expect to find in any 1st class accommodation. Very good location on a quite development with all amenities within walking distance. Wide selection of good value restaurants. Everything you need for a very relaxing holiday. Ideal for both families and couples. RECOMMENDED. The Haywood Family.

  • We provide plenty of towels which are changed weekly. Bathrooms have modern white suites with marble tiling. There is ample hot water. Note: We also provide beach towels.

  • Our beds have good quality, comfortable mattresses. You can choose to have any bedroom configured as a double or a twin - just let us know at time of booking. All rooms have ample wardrobe and drawer space plus a strong box. There are bedside drawers with reading lights. There is a ceiling fan. Each room has it's own TV. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with full sized baths and showers above. The other two have ensuite shower rooms (all have private toilets). One of the bedrooms (with bathroom) is on the ground floor i.e. no need to use stairs to access. Bed linen is fitted sheets and light weight duvets (which suits the warm climate here). Blankets are also provided should you need a little extra warmth. Bedlinen is changed weekly. A cot is available on request.

There are actually two living rooms - the living area in the main living/dining/kitchen salon (with stereo system with CD, MP3-CD, FM/AM radio and USB port) and the separate TV room with flat panel satellite TV (including Sports and Kids channels) and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite work surfaces. The dining table is contemporary, tempered smoked glass with stylish chairs. The main lounge area has leather sofas. In the TV room you will find a selection of books and games. You have your own private solar heated pool, garden terrace (with outdoor dining and entertaining area) and eight really nice sun-loungers. Wi Fi fibre optic internet access is provided for your smart-phone, PC, laptop or PDA.

Just returned from a weeks stay at this lovely villa, it is without doubt the best villa we have stayed at, very spacious and quiet location, but within walking distance of cafes, restaurants and the sand dune beach. The photos do not do this villa justice as it is much bigger than it looks. It is very well equipped and has loads of towels, for the bathrooms, pool and beach. I would highly recommend this villa to families or groups of friends, and Lexie was lovely, very helpful and accommodating. Thankyou for our great holiday.

Amazing property, Five star

My family and I (6 including in-laws) stayed for two weeks in this villa and it was amazing. I can't say enough about this property or it's owners. This Villa is everything you will need from a property. It has everything from Tvs in every room to more towels than you can shake a stick at. It has many 4 gang UK/Irish sockets which most people never think of. 2 fridges (one for beer & wine and one for food, very handy). The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need & the bedrooms are all ensuite with very comfortable beds, ceiling fans and a safe for your valuables. The sitting room has Air-con (a little extra cost but so worth it). The outside area is the also fantastic with a lovely pool and enough loungers for 8 people with a bbq area and a very hot balcony for an evening wine or 3. The owners couldn't do enough for us, I dealt with Richard on the booking and he was very professional keeping me informed every step of the way and organising pickup and dropoff from the airport. When we arrived we were met by Lexi who had a welcome pack ready including beer, wine, crisps and cake (you know, the essentials) he is a fountain of knowledge about Gran Canaria and was able to suggest resturants and bars which didn't disappoint. He also gave us cards to give to the taxi driver to get us home so we didn't have to remember the address. I know I'm going on a bit but I really can't say enough about this villa or the owners. Five star stay and five star treatment.

Total relaxation , very impressed

Oh my goodness, what a pleasure Lexie is , on our arrival we were lost so Lexie came and found us and assisted us to the villa, first impressions were how clean the villa was and how informative Lexie was, he took the time to explain the area and gave us a grand tour of the villa and its facilities, the villa was supplied with fresh bed linen and towels for our use, the location is superb, lovely and quiet even in the evenings , very tranquil , we enjoyed a week of total relaxation and enjoyment, the villa has every thing that you require for a five star holiday , only five minutes to the main shopping area of Vera Dona we would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone looking for luxury and quality *****

Fantastic Holiday

Our group of 6 stayed at the villa for a week and had a great time. Everything you need is there, and a good supermarket is only 5 min walk away. Richard and Lexie were the perfect hosts, we were met on arrival and given a detailed explanation of the villa and area, which was all really useful. The villa itself is lovely and very well appointed, all the fixtures and furniture are very good quality. We had a marvelous stay and would definitely recommend.

Perfect Holiday Villa & Owners

Had an amazing week in the 4-bed villa in August 2016 it was perfect. The villa was spacious and very impressive, felt like a real treat everything that you can possibly think you will need is there including Sky TV in every room including the kitchen what more can you ask for. We felt extremely well looked after by Richard and Lexie with a great welcome and a much appreciated overview of the area nothing was too much trouble. The villa was very comfortable, we soon felt at home with absolutely everything we needed. The pool was lovely and warm and there is a well kept garden and barbecue too. The local beach is stunning and there are nice cafe/restaurant there which we went back to in the evening. We also walked to a couple of the local restaurants. We didn't hire a car so used taxis for trips to the Yumbo Center and the beaches etc. no journey cost more than between 4/5 euro we felt it was the right choice not to hire a car. Moonlight Cinema was also a good experience and well worth a visit. We had a fantastic holiday and would love to return. Thanks Michelle and Family :)

First time family holiday in GC

From first booking of the villa to the very early morning departure from the villa, the owners made this a first class experience. Booking was easy and direct contact with the owners was clear and friendly. On arrival at GC airport we were asked to ring the owners who were going to greet us at the villa. Our welcome was warm, friendly and informative, giving us advice on the villa and the surrounding area. The villa itself has everything needed for a relaxing holiday, and in an excellent location.

At the end of our holiday we had a very early departure (4:30am from villa), but the owners were there to wave farewell and a smooth handover of the villa ready for the next lucky holidaymakers. Thank you R&L for a first class week in your lovely villa!

The villa is situated in Campo Internacional which is between the beach (at the lighthouse) and the town of Playa del Ingles. It is two minutes walk from the golf course at Mapalomas and five minutes walk to the shopping center Faro II. At Faro II there is a good supermarket, some shops, bars and restaurants. It is easy to get taxis from the road outside the golf club. Maspalomas has a stunning beach (and the world famous sand dunes) - you can walk there in about 20 minutes or hop in a taxi.

Nearby is the area of Meloneras which has many classy bars, restaurants and shops. Go the other way and you can enjoy the nightlife of Playa del Ingles.

If you have a hire car then you can reach the GC-1 motorway in about four minutes making it easy to get to the city of Las Palmas, shopping in Vecindario or days out in Puerto Rico or Mogan. Gran Canaria has stunning mountain scenery and a drive up into the centre of the island to see the fantastic views is recommended.

Golf: When it comes to golf tourism, Gran Canaria has a distinct competitive advantage over other destinations in the world on account of the climate and the fact that it is possible to practise this sport 365 days of the year.

At present, there are eight golf courses throughout Gran Canaria, although they are all situated within a maximum radius of 50 kilometres. Thus you can always try different courses within short distances. Four new golf courses are currently under construction. The golf courses have been designed by the most prestigious international golf course designers and they all boast exceptional features. There is no doubt why national and international tournaments are held throughout the year.

The golf courses on Gran Canaria have another important competitive advantage, namely their price, which is well below the average in other areas. The 18-hole courses on the island charge a green fee of around Euros 50 during off-season (from May to September) and around Euros 70 during the rest of the year, which make them even more appealing when you take into account the quality of the facilities and installations they offer.

If the price shown is £898 or £798 then this is for occupancy 1 to 4 people only. The price for 5 to 8 people is £998 and £898 respectively. All other prices shown are fixed regardless of occupancy.

Payment is accepted in GBP (UK Pounds Sterling) , Euro (€), AUD, NZD, CHF, PLN, NOK, SEK and DKK. If you choose to pay by credit/debit card then a small handling fee (typically less than 1%) will be added by our payments processor. If you choose to pay in a currency other than GBP or EUR then a small conversion fee will be applied by our payments processor.

A security deposit must be paid on arrival in ANY currency to the approximate equivalent of £200 / €250. This avoids the need to return home with unwanted Euros.

The barbecue must be left clean. If it is not left clean then a cleaning fee of £25 / €30 will be deducted from the security deposit.

Use of the air conditioning attracts a small weekly fee of €20 to cover costs.
