Experience the beach life as a true local as you are nestled in a tranquil, quaint beach neighborhood and not herded into crowds of tourists like large resorts often feel. The very best restaurants, beach bars, coffee shops, shopping and beautiful tropically-landscaped parks are steps from your very own cozy little cottage! All major beach resorts, including the majestic Don Cesar in historic Pass-a-Grille are within walking distance.
Just a 3 minute walk to the sea shell-laced beach, this charming cottage is the cleanest around. Tired of tacky Florida decor? Imagine yourself surrounded by luscious tropical landscaping, oak hardwood floors, and rooms tastefully adorned in palm tree or sea shell decor. If you appreciate attention to detail, Royal Palm Cottage is just for you!
The very relaxed palm-inspired decor is also found in the sleeping/living area with plush bedding, linens, and pillows to catch a good night's rest after a full day of sightseeing, water sports or just relaxing on the nearby pristine beach. The cottage is completed in a very comfortable and relaxing palm tree-inspired setting that includes a sleeper-sofa/love seat to accommodate an extra guest or family member. Natural light fills the cottage as thick plantation window blinds throughout lend to the feel and ambiance of the southern seas. The kitchen, complete with full appliances and cookware/ dishware, is decorated in natural tones and a seashell theme that are a constant reminder of the sand and seashells that await you outside...providing the perfect backdrop for preparing your very own gourmet meals!
The cottage is complete with an antique paver outdoor sitting area with a new Weber BBQ grill and plenty of chairs. Imagine yourself relaxing in your own outdoor space while listening to palm trees dancing in the tropical breezes as native birds sing you a song. Also, a boat dock is nearby (and may be reserved depending upon availability for an extra fee).

On a personal note and as a resident of St Pete Beach, I love to give back to the community by participating in charity events that directly benefit St Pete Beach - as well as you programs such as Pinellas County Sheriff's Youth Ranch programs. I cherish the community that we live in and I am pleased to say that all T&D tax collected helps improve our community!
The ultimate in location, convenience, tranquility and value...need we say more?
Tucked away in small, quiet neighborhood, yet walking distance to world award winning beach restaurants and water recreation!
I have been coming to St. Pete Beach for years and this is my favorite place to stay. The location is fantastic and the house is very comfortable, immaculate and well appointed. The TV room is my favorite part, it made me feel like I was hanging out in the Captains Quarters of an old sailing ship. Very easy to work with the management as well, although I didn't need it except for check in.
And the beach out in front of the house is about as good as it gets. Plus an easy walk down the beach has you at either the Undertow, a fun bar to hang out at, or the Don Ceasar , a historic 5 star hotel.
Very "cozy" place. We had a good time in St. Pete's Beach. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Maybe a little clarification about the place. The twin hide abed and tv are in the bedroom. There is no living room. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home as well as a grill. It was nice to have the laundry facilities on site and free to use. The location is about block and a half to 2 blocks to the beach but easy walk. Several bars and restaurants were in walking distance. Having the house away from the busyness of main street was nice. Very quiet area. Would recommend and would stay there again.
