This large, completely remodeled home, is situated right on the water on the sandy bottom East shore of Crystal Lake in the quaint village of Beulah, Michigan. Right in the heart of beautiful Benzie County.
This home is available year around for the many activities that are offered in the area.
Naturally, the clear blue waters of Crystal Lake beckon you to be out on the water in the summer. Fall color tours, hiking, and wine tasting are fun pastimes in the fall. Winter is for skiing at nearby Crystal Mountain or snowshoeing on any of the numerous trails in the area.
The 27 mile long Betsie Valley Trail offers plenty of hiking and biking opportunities. The trail stretches from Frankfort to Thompsonville and runs along the Betsie River. Access to the trail is literally steps from your back door.
Be sure to visit nearby Sleeping Bear Dunes and find out why the area has recently been voted the number one vacation place to visit in the U.S.A !

The owners, after vacationing on Crystal Lake for many years, decided to purchase a cottage of their own. Being too busy to make use of it as much as the location deserves they have decided to share this completely remodeled and refurnished Cottage with others to allow them to make memories of their own.
Many renters return year after year.
A large deck stretches the entire front of the cottage and is where you will likely spend the majority of your time in the summer. Very few cottages are this close to the water! Deck and Lounge chairs are provided.
Award winning sunsets await you each night as the sun sets across the lake. Enjoy them while sitting by the fire pit right on the beach.
The Cottage easily accommodates larger families because of the large gathering room that looks over Crystal Lake
through three very large windows that make you feel like you are on your own cruise ship.
Four bedrooms allow for plenty of sleeping room. (The bunkhouse bedroom is where the kids will want to stay and is set up to sleep up to 9)
There are plenty of things to do. The owners provide a rowboat, canoe, paddle boat, two person kayak, and two single person kayaks. Plenty of life jackets are also provided.
A heavy duty boat buoy is also provided for renters who desire to bring their own boat. Power Boats, Pontoon Boats, and Jet Ski's are also available to rent at nearby Marinas by the day or
An outdoor grill and large Picnic table are also provided so you can spend much of your time out by Crystal Lake.
"Gorgeous sunsets, beautiful lake shore..."
"Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us. We had a relaxing , wonderful
I can't say enough about this place. We were there the week before Memorial Day and it seemed like we were the only ones on the lake. I spent most of my time sitting out on the back deck, reading and listening to the water lap against the shoreline. The house was beautifully furnished and there were plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and silverware. About the only thing we couldn't find were crackers for the Maine lobsters we had delivered while we were there. Also loved that there weren't signs all over the house telling us what not to touch, which towels we weren't to use, or not to sit on the bed comforter, etc. I've been to places like that, and it hardly promotes rest and relaxation. There also wasn't a ton of instructions on what we needed to do before we left the cottage. I had time so I went ahead and washed the sheets and towels and turned on the dishwasher before we left, but it wasn't required.
There are lots to do and cute towns nearby to explore. If you have the chance, you have to try the homemade mushroom soup at Platte River Inn. It was so good, we took a quart to go!
This property was so fabulous we are already planning our return trip.
Beautiful home, beautiful lake. Owners so easy to work with. Home is much larger than it appears and we had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation week.
This was a great place to stay. The pictures do not do it justice. My family, my sister's family and my parents (10 people) stayed here for a week and the place was great. The house is much larger than it appears in the pictures with a bunk room that can easily hold up to 6 kids. We had a great time and would stay here again, we had no complaints, very well maintained!
