This charming house on the lake has everything you need. Beautiful views, quiet relaxing atmosphere, easy lake access for swimming & boating. Close to grocery stores & marina and the owners were quick to respond to any questions. Our family (in laws to teens to baby, even dogs) had a wonderful Labor Day weekend tubing, swimming, grilling & playing.
We just loved this sweet property! Not fancy, but this was all we needed. Beds were so comfortable! Great Lake location and neighbors were so friendly!
We had a great time visiting smith lake. The house was very comfortable and had everything that you would need. We had two adults and three teenagers. We did have two double up or someone sleep on the couch, but that was their choice. The water and boathouse was one of the best attractions. No steep hill to climb! We had our English bulldogs with us and the totally enjoyed the enclose sunroom. The only complaint from the kids was that there was not a TV in their bedrooms, but I liked that because it made us all watch something together.
WE HAD A VERY RELAXING WEEK AT HOLLYVIEW. HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED AND IS VERY CLEAN.CLOSE TO TOWN.I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU GIVING THIS ONE A TRY!!! THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY.
Had a wonderful time with my family. The house comes with everything you need and real deep water by the pier. Perfect swimming and fishing off the pier.
This house has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, including wifi, satellite tv, and cell phone signal. The circular driveway was perfect for bass boat and trailer as was the 3 minute drive to Duncan Bridge boat ramp. Of course, the dock is nice for the boats as well and boat gas is very close at the nearby BP. Conveniently located and close to town, this house has lots of amenities and is clean and spacious. The owners are wonderful and truly understand what little kitchen and comfort items the traveler may need. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful as well. I look forward to my next stay.
