Fully furnished and luxuriously equipped for a home, away from home - 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6), 1.5 baths. Underwent a $70,000 remodel, where literally everything was redone (flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, paint, ceilings, lighting, etc.). 60' wall mounted plasma in family room and '42 Wall mounted plasmas were recently added to both bedrooms.
In addition to all of the amenities of home (including Wireless Internet, Cable, Xbox w/ 40 games for kids, etc.), it’s equipped with a lot of beach paraphernalia such as two boogie boards, a cooler, beach towels, chairs, and toys.
Just blocks to Surf City’s world-renowned beaches. Enjoy the
crisp ocean breezes, and short walk to Huntington Harbour, wetlands, parks, nature reserve, dining, pubs, and shopping.

My wife Kimberly and I live in Fullerton, which is about 20 minutes from this vacation home. I originally bought this home back in 2002 as my primary residence. In 2005, I fully remodelled it from from floor to ceiling. In fact, the only thing left unchanged was the light switch cover near the back door because it is a great reflection of the wonderful city of Huntington Beach ;-) I've really enjoyed the experience of this vacation rental as it's presented opportunities to meet all kinds of amazing people from all over the world. I have many repeat clients who come stay with me each year, and they've become more like friends than clients. I thank you for your time, and I hope to meet you one day...

I chose to buy this home originally as my primary residence so I bought due to location, location, location AND because I had a vision of how I could fully remodel it...
Our unit is tucked away in a great community, the immeneties are top notch, and although some parts of Huntington Beach can be deemed 'land locked', my unit has more favorable access to our freeways, which more easily allows you to explore everything else that Southern California has to offer...
I'm from Huntington Beach and knew the area, but if you didn't Gregg will help you. The condo was as promised. It is extremely quiet during the day and at night. I was surprised when I saw that they do take dogs which includes a doggie door. (should have brought my cat). Covered private parking plus parking pass for guests which is helpful since a friend that visited is handicapped. I spent most of the time by myself, however, my daughter and her boyfriend came down the last week. The bedrooms are at the opposite ends which also gives another dimension of privacy. While by myself I felt very secure. I would suggest bringing bikes. It would make it fun riding to the beach or going over to Bolsa Chica reserve. I ventured out walking exploring the neighborhood and stores. Many restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks, and Bubba Sweets cupcakes that won 2013 Cupcake Wars. Private patio with barbecue was nice too. Thanks Gregg!
This condo is exactly as pictured. Both bedrooms are roomy with more than adequate closet space even for an extended vacation. The memory foam master bedroom mattress was heavenly and I was told the other queen bed, while not memory foam, was quite comfortable. The condo is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood near a park and an easy drive to the beach.
But what you can’t see in the VRBO listing is the sense of community between the neighbors, who know each other by name and can be seen visiting in the parking area, and were equally friendly to us.
Gregg and his property manager, Eva, are also worthy of praise for their responsive and accommodating nature. When I requested a few items for the kitchen, Gregg, who doesn’t live in Huntington Beach, asked Eva to pick them up and she brought them over the next day. Before our vacation ended the Carbon Monoxide detector started chirping. Gregg had someone out to the condo the same day to check the levels which were within limits!
We found Gregg to be a very gracious, mild mannered and patient man when our bank made an error in issuing payment to him for our extended stay. While some would have been angry and understandably upset, Gregg remained calm and allowed us to rectify the situation, even though it caused him to be late for a meeting.
Once again my family and I enjoyed another wonderful stay at this house! Gregg you have out did yourself again with your hospitality. This was my fourth stay at this property and it is just as clean as the first time! The location is awesome close to a park that my kids played basketball at everyday. The convenience of everything being so close is awesome. The beach is so close too! If you want to stay at a place where you feel at home even when you are far from home I highly recommend this town home! PS awesome new upgrades!
The place had everything we needed. The sofa and beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, including beach towels for our use. Close to grocery stores. The area is very quiet and has nice landscaping. Gregg was always available by phone. Very nice guy.
We just got back from a week and had a wonderful time. The place was immaculate and perfect for our family of 4. Gregg was great at responding to any questions and easily accessible by text. Would highly recommend staying here.
We looked Gregg's condo up from our good memories of our prior stay at his condo. Sure enough, we had a similar great experience this time! Things were clean and in great working order. He includes many "extras" like a state beach parking pass which saved us money. He also had pool and beach toys, xbox games, a barbecue on the patio...all extras that made our stay extra kid-friendly. He was quick to respond to questions we had, and his property manager Eva was also very helpful and friendly. We hope to be able to stay again soon!
