friendly resort has four pools, mini golf, basketball court, game room, hot tub and a lighted tennis court to keep your family happy for hours. This condo is just 5 minutes from casual restaurants, grocery stores, ball fields, Pier Park and the new Walmart.
Our central location on the west end of Panama City Beach makes it easy to enjoy the excellent dining and shopping on scenic Hwy 30A and the Beaches of South Walton.

Our Simple Reservation Process Reserve your dates by phone or email. The owner sends the guest a lease and pre-arrival information. Door code is given to guest one week from arrival. Damage deposit is returned to guest within 2 weeks after departure.

We love the quiet west end of Panama City Beach because this location at Horizon South has it all. Everyone enjoys the 5 pools, hot tub, tennis courts, mini golf, and shuffleboard. Exercising and dog walking is convenient of our 22 acre property. We are also less than 5 minutes from the ball fields at Frank Brown Park which softball families appreciate. Guests can spend entire days at Pier park with it's many restaurants, shopping, amusement park rides, theaters, and entertainment venues. Many music and seasonal events are staged in the amphitheater at Pier Park. Don't miss the free Thursday evening summer concerts, chairs and coolers allowed.
Not to be missed is Conservation Park, just 3 minutes west of the resort and it has over 5,000 acres of bird watching, biking and hiking trails for you and your dog.
Scenic Hwy 30A and the Beaches of South Walton are 10 minutes west inviting visitors and locals to enjoy casual/fine dining and free concerts and events.
Mom & Dad can entertain the family without ever leaving the resort.
The accommodations were great, amenities were also great. The staff at the property was extremely friendly and helpful. Being right across from the beach was amazing and there are plenty of attractions nearby. My wife and I walked to Pier Park each morning. Ms. Cindy was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with theough the entire process.
It was awesome. Right in the center of complex everything within easy walking distance. The condo was nicely decorated with pretty much everything one would need. The only two things I could not find was Sheets for the sofa bed and scissors to cut off tags. Will be staying again!!!
The girls and I really enjoyed our stay. Our condo had everything we needed. The condo was neat and clean. The resort was easy to get in and out. Enjoyed walking our pup around the grounds although I did see evidence of other pet owners not cleaning up after their pets. I felt we had the best location for being near everything such as shopping dining and beaching. Looking forward to next year
I spent the best girl's vacation ever at Cindy's condo. As one of the other reviewers described, Cindy provided a full list of vacation options to ensure we easily found great beaches and restaurants that only the locals might be aware of. The condo is perfectly located and offers so many amenities. We started each day with a walk at a local preserve. The variety of walking trails offered a new adventure everyday. And then came beach time. Laguna Beach, only a short drive away, was one of my favorites. The water reminded me of the Carribean, the turquoise color was beautiful and crystal clear. After a day at the beach it was perfect to come home, jump in the pool and later cook a liesurely meal in the well-equipped kitchen, or go to one of the many great restaurants, only minutes away. And for anyone who likes to shop, Cindy recommended we check out the Carousel Supermarket and to visit Seaside. I can't wait to go back and will definitely stay at Cindy's again if it is available.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. We loved the pet friendly environment. Two full baths were really great. The location is just across the street from the beach and the resort amenities are a plus.
We would recommend this condo to anyone.
WE ARE REPEAT CUSTOMERS AND BELIEVE THIS IS THE BEST KEPT SECRET IN PANAMA CITY BEACH FLORIDA FOR IT'S A GATED COMMUNITY, PLENTY OF CONVENIENT PARKING AND ON THE FRONT BEACH ROAD, ACROSS FROM THE BEACH, AND CLOSE TO PIER PARK, RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING AND EVERYTHING. IT WAS EXTREMELY IDEAL FOR THE SEABREEZE JAZZ
FESTIVAL AND OTHER EVENTS AROUND PANAMA CITY BEACH.
ALTHOUGH A DEPOSIT WAS REQUIRED, AFTER DEPARTURE IT WAS QUICKLY REFUNDED. THE RATES WERE REASONABLE AND COMPETITIVE.
THE OWNERS WERE FRIENDLY AND EASY TO WORK WITH.
OUR PET WAS WELCOMED ALTHOUGH THERE WAS A SMALL FEE, AND THE FENCED PATIO WAS USEFUL WITH OUR PET.
