Welcome to Coruanan Estate. We have 'the answer to your dreams' with two spectacular Scottish Highland Farmhouses, available to rent. Coruanan Farmhouse sleeps 6 and has a view directly onto Ben Nevis and the surrounding hills and loch. Druimarbin Farmhouse sleeps7-9 and faces due west over Loch Linnhe. Both are situated in totally private and tranquil locations on a private estate, a mile apart from each other and have three/four star awards from the Highlands of Scotland Tourist Board. Although quite remote they are only three miles from Fort William. Whether you want to explore the great outdoors, tour the Western Isles, walk, climb or ski, what could be better than to escape from the pressures of life and unwind beside an open log fire in the midst of such wonderful scenery.

Druimarbin Farmhouse is a beautiful and traditional Scottish stone house, with an attractive terrace and gardens surrounding it. The west facing views over Loch Linnhe are breathtaking with the ever-changing light. With an emphasis on homely comforts this house has four bedrooms (three twins and one single) and four bathrooms (two en-suite). The sitting room with an open log fire is very large. An added bonus is the separate dining room, which can seat up to twelve people.

There is also a double sofa bed, a well equipped kitchen with hob, double oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and walk-in larder. There is a colour TV & Video, payphone, full central heating and also a room for drying clothes, making it perfect for walking or family holidays. Linen and a cot can be provided by arrangement.

Spectacular Views

Spacious, warm and very comfortably furnished house with spectacular ever changing views over the loch and hills. Very comfortable beds with great views over loch from front bedrooms. All the cooking pots and pans you could need. Plenty of dining areas and comfortable chairs to relax in. Totally private garden with views over loch. Pleasantly surprised at speed of free WIFI.

Highlights were stag on the drive and bat in the porch.

We plan to return just to enjoy the view again.

Although quite remote, these two farmhouses are only three miles from Fort William which makes self-catering easy with a large Safeway's separated from the town with it's own car park. There are many shops and restaurants in the town as well as a cinema, museum, tourist information centre, heated indoor swimming pool, leisure complex with snooker, a bowling alley, fitness centre and small children's play area. There is a wonderful scenic steam train, which travels from Fort William to Mallaig.

For those wanting to enjoy the great outdoors there are two golf courses locally, skiing (with a cable car open in the summer for spectacular hill walking) pony trekking, fishing, climbing and water sports as well as a chance to see many species of birds and wildlife. This area of Lochaber boasts itself to be one of the few areas of Great Britain still to have otters, red squirrels, pine marten, golden eagles and the occasional wild cat.
