Charming & cozy 2 bedroom on the east side of Skaneateles Lake.
There is a view of the lake from 3 sides of the house. An all season porch was just added on. This cottage has one of the best beaches on the lake. The cottage is nestled closely to the water, with several acres of woods behind the bungalow. Sits next to a babbling brook and a garden. The view of the sunset is fantastic. A hiking trail with an overlook of waterfalls is adjoined to the property.
New furniture just added to the living room
Queen size bed in waterfront view bedroom. 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom
Dinghy boat, 1 kayak included
I am the 3rd generation owning this cottage and I take a lot of pride in maintaining it and making it a wonderful place for a vacation.
Tina purchased this cottage in 1974
The proximity to the water makes it heavenly. Walk out of the cottage and the lake is right there. No stairs to the beach.
We have been staying at this cottage on Skaneateles Lake for 14 years. We go there every October. It is a quaint, cozy cottage with an incredible view of the lake. It is peaceful, private and the owner is very welcoming. It is a little piece of heaven.
