Direct River Access in the heart of tubing!
Calendar may have changed. Please call or email for availability. We also have other properties as well.
Our river front properties are NOT located within the city limits.
This quaint Blue Cottage is right on the Guadalupe river located
between the 2nd and 3rd river crossing on River Road in New
Braunfels. The fenced and gated lot is approximately 2 acres with
ample parking and filled with lucious pecan trees for plenty of
shade. There is 145 feet of river front with decks, and cement
walkway for river access. Cabin has private bbq/picnic area right in back of cabin under huge pecan tree. Tube rental is just yds. away from cabin.
First off, we had such a great time! Thank you for extending your hours for Easter for us, we really do appreciate it!
When we arrived we didnt realize we were going to be right in the front along the main road (bike rally craziness). The positive on having such a big yard was that the kids had so much room to do their Easter egg fun and the Adults as well! ( Sorry if you found any goodies in the yard :) ). The other thing was the description says 3 bedroom. It definitely was not a 3 bedroom. The master bedroom actually has two beds in it (which in the pics, it looks like those two beds are in separate bedrooms. Cant count a living room ( even if it has a bed) as an extra room, we anticipated a little more privacy for the other families that were with us. The other downfall, was we were lead to believe that the river was right out our back door ( because yall used a picture from the other cabins backyard). We had to walk between two cabins ( that were occupied) which made it a little uncomfortable. Plus we had to share that one dock with MANY other familes that weekend; which they hogged the whole time so we didnt get to really fish. I would definitely love to check out your other properties! We WILL be back! :) Thank you again!
Perfect for a large group. Easy access to river. Very short walk. Large yard for bbq or relaxation. Will use this house again...
