Enjoyable and Peaceful Stay
Doreen and her fur family made us feel right at home in her cute guest house for five weeks, and we miss it already. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Plenty of storage in the large upstairs bedroom. The location was perfect for a short drive to downtown, the Heard museum, restaurants, and quick access to the freeway for easy day trips. We also enjoyed just walking in this historic area of town. I recommend this place for a couple that is looking for a home away from home. Thank you Doreen, Jack and Gracie for being the best hosts anyone could ask for! We hope to be back soon.
Frank and Angie, Vancouver BC
Frank and Angie - I truly enjoyed meeting you both! I loved hearing your stories about your jaunts around town. Frank, thanks for walking the dogs with me. And Angie - your cooking was delicious! I hope to see you the next time you come to Phoenix!

Clean, comfortable and easy to get around town.
Doreen was a great host
A great little "tree house" in centrally located area.
Doreen is a wonderful host who goes out of her way to be sure that you are comfortable. Everything you need is there.
Snug, cozy treehouse
It’s a beautiful and peaceful spot set in an interesting neighborhood with the bonus of friendly pets greeting you in the morning and evening. Convenient to museums, downtown Phoenix and easy drive to botanical gardens, hiking etc.Doreen is a warm and welcoming host who generously shares the bounty of her beautiful garden.
The place was clean, quiet and well furnished. The bed was very comfortable. It was a wonderful place for some much needed r&r. Doreen was a fabulous host and a very nice person. She was very responsive and easy to deal with starting from my first inquiry to checkout. Loved the resident dogs and cats, such a joy to interact with them. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again in the future.
Perfect, Private Cottage in Phoenix.
I traveled to Phoenix to teach classes over a 2 day period and stayed at this little cottage. It seems to be brand, spanking new inside, it's clean, modern and just perfect for 1-2 people who just need a place to come relax at night and wind down from the day. The upstairs bedroom is inviting, the bed is comfortable. I slept very well. Bring your own coffee, as all there was is decaf...but there is a Starbucks only about 3/4 mile away, so no big deal. I would stay here again any time, I highly recommend.
Recreation: Wireless internet access available. Cable TV and DVD player provided. Tennis courts, basketball courts, park, grocery, restaurants, coffee shops, all with in walking distance. Hospital, freeways, theater, sports arena all with in 5 miles. Transportation: On bus line. Street Parking for car. No RV parking available. Comments from Guests: We greatly enjoyed our stay. Your treehouse is so cute, cozy and accommodation. Thank you for the grapefruit and lemons. We also truly enjoyed your friendly loving pets, Annie and Mischief. Your recommendations for sightseeing and activities are right on - we enjoyed all of them. L'Auberge in Sedona was a wonderful lunch. We are happy that our journey brought us here and fortunate to have met you. Our stay here was indeed an experience to remember fondly. Gene & Donna Nelson, Michaganders (30 day stay)
