Property was neat and clean..

neat and clean. backyard area was nice (not looking right into someone elses unit).

Would have been nice if house was stocked better with basics (toilet paper, paper towels, foil,plasic wrap etc) . toilet paper rolls were low didn't make week etc.

visited Frank Lloyd Wright's property.

would recommend this property and may rent it out again.

We always do a "starter set" of the basics for all the rentals. This way, if any renters arrive late in the evening there are the basics to hold you over until you can go grocery shopping. Warm and wonderful home

Walking distance to world renowned Troon North Golf Club & Pinnacle Peak outdoor reserve.

Old Town Scottsdale and Kierland entertainment and shopping complex all within 15-20 minutes.

Day trips should include Sedona, Jerome, Prescott, Flagstaff, Tucson and the Grand Canyon.

Nightly Rate: $175 - $275

Weekly Rate: $900 - $1350

Monthly Rate: $3100 - $4900

Peak Season (December-March): $4900/month, $1350/week, $275/night
Mid Season (April, Oct-Nov):$4200/month, $1225/week, $225/night
Value Season (May-Sept): $3100/month, $900/week, $175/night
A deposit of $300 is due at the time you make your reservation.
Provided no charges have been incurred for excess cleaning, or property damage, the security deposits deposits will be returned in full approximately one to two weeks after your departure.

Payment is due in full 45 days prior to arrival (for nightly and weekly rentals) and 60 days prior to arrival (for monthly rentals). Payment is accepted by check, money order, or major credit card. Arizona sales tax is included.
The property is professionally cleaned before and after your arrival. A non-refundable cleaning deposit of $150 is required for all rentals. Additional housekeeping/cleaning is available at the rate of $125 per day and must be requested at the time of booking.
Additional deposits may be required for multiple month rentals.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel fewer than 45 days (for nightly and weekly rentals) and 60 days (for monthly rentals) before your arrival date, no monies will be refunded unless a replacement booking is obtained. No refunds for delayed arrivals or early departures.

Check in/arrival time starts at 4pm on the first day of your stay.

Check out/departure time is 11am on the last day of your stay. These times can be flexible if there if there are no bookings immediately before or after yours (upon request).
