Located in the quiet area of Twain Harte, but still within walking distance of downtown. This clean will kept four bedroom, two bath home is a MUST SEE! Fully furnished and set on a 2/3 acre lot among tall pine, spruce, cedar and some black oak trees. Enter into a large, open bright living room with knotty pine cathedral ceiling which is opened to the dining area (dining table can seat up to ten w/ three at the counter)and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The upper floor has three bedrooms, the first bedroom has a double bed, 2nd bedroom a queen bed and the 3rd (the master bedroom)a new king-size bed and a master bathroom with a shower. Also, this level has a second full bathroom with tub/shower. Downstairs is the 4th bedroom w/two new bunk beds, the first w/two twins and the second w/one twin on top and double bed on the bottom. The garage is turned into a game room (Great area for the kids). The cabin is located near the end of a cul-de-suc (safe for the kids to ride bikes, play catch or just hang-out).
The cabin is beautiful, very clean and everything has been updated. It had everything we needed except sheets and towels, which we provided. The only downfall was an extremely steep driveway. Some of our vehicles were unable to make it up the driveway so they parked down below on the street. This should probably be mentioned on their website as other people may have a problem with this. Our only other issue was arriving at the cabin and finding that the water was turned off, it was freezing inside and there wasn't a single roll of toilet paper. We called the realtor who came over immediately to take care of the problems - which they did. We never met the owners but they had great communication through emails. They were quick to answer any questions we had.
