Golf carts are allowed in our town! If you have one bring it. Plus don't forget your bicycles! Great streets to ride and bike trails all around. Only one floor to access in each cottage, so no stairs! Each cottage also has a separate garage and laundry with a different street access so you'll never see the guests in the other cottage.
If you would like to purchase Sea Turtle Cottages, you can live in one cottage as your winter home and rent out the other for income. The town is continually increasing in popularity so it will forever be rentable. We Always have a waitinglist for the winter!.. Each cottage has two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a washer/dryer, two baths(side B only), a private garage and a functional kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you'll need to create an easy dinner at home. Sea turtle is unique because it has more open space around it than most places plus alot of rentals in Flagler Beach do not have easy access to the beach since public access walk-downs are only at intersections. We are on the corner or A1a and south 13th street.

This location is perfect. It's close enough to town to walk to all the activities, shops, restaurants, farmers market yet on the outskirts enough to enjoy a secluded beach from your cottage. The boat docks are 1/2 mile away to launch your boat. Or get up early and go fishing off the pier. Bait shop close at the pier!

Flagler Beach has been our home since 1998 and we plan to Retire here.
The cottages may be for sale. We will continue to rent the cottages as we await a buyer. If the time comes, we will do our best to have the purchasing party honor all our reservations held by our future guests. If that's not possible we will give you at least 60 days notice that we have a Buyer or you may get a full refund on any deposit made. We will not show the cottages while your there Unless it's absolutely the only time available for them.

These clean, summer cottages are right across from beach and an easy walk to town to restaurants. The Beanery is a cozy dog friendly coffee shop next door. Also close is the Island Grill, located in the Topaz hotel, our oldest charming hotel in Flagler Beach. Both cottages are on ground floor, all tiled with separate laundry, clothes lines and patios with a white picket fence in front. Quiet and great beach feel with the big blue ocean from every window and a grassy field between you and A1a, where an actual gopher turtle lives. Free cable and internet! There's little dirt roads for you to walk the dogs or take them right outside across to the beach. If you don't want to go down and get sandy, the walkover has a bench to enjoy the ocean from the dune. So bring your coffee or glass of wine and watch the sunrise or sunset.
Get up early to get the best shells! Close enough to town to walk to the bustling of activities yet far enough away to enjoy a secluded beach from home. Farmers market every Friday and Saturday.
Keep your car or golf cart in a private garage away from the salt air! Go swimming everyday! The Topaz hotel next door has a pool that you can use for a small fee.Walk home from dinner! Many great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Shop! Gift shops and farmers market Friday and Saturdays in town. Quiet! Great bookstore and our library in town has a wooden walking trail out to the river! Bring a bike to enjoy evening rides or rent one when you get here.Flagler Beach has a great old florida atmosphere.
We had a wonderful experience in this cottage. The owners were very helpful in placing us were we wanted to be. This was by far the best place we stayed in the 12 years we have been coming to Flagler Beach.

If you are looking in the Flagler Beach area, you must already know that there is so much to do. Kayaking, nature trails, and convenient biking are right outside your door. Marineland has a fantastic dolphin swim experience that is relatively affordable but should be booked in advance of your trip. St. Augustine and Daytona Beach are within 30 minutes drive and Orlando is a less than 1 1/2 away if you want to take a day trip to the theme parks.
White Orchid Spa is just a short walk away if you are interested in any spa activities- they are outstanding!!!!!
Close to many wonderful restaurants and shops in Flagler Beach - Next door is Island Grill at the Topaz Hotel, and a coffee shop .
