Great place to relax and explore
The cabin was immaculate and well-stocked for daily needs. Jennifer was available for questions but overall, provided privacy to our group. We loved the location, the deck, and the plums! Thanks so much for a great stay. Would return and recommend without question.
A beautiful place to stay
The cottage was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated for the setting in the redwoods. It was a wonderful place to stay for our 39th Anniversary!
Perfect 'jumping off' location
The cabin was clean, well stocked with linens & all the kitchen supplies needed and located in a perfect location to get to the Redwood trails, Crescent City and the beach with a very short drive in any direction. Our 4 person family was completely comfortable within the space and the cabin's small frontyard, complete with its own Redwood tree, was just the right size for our kids to get a little extra energy out. The proximity is very close to the owner's home but you wouldn't even know it. We felt like we were very secluded even with that close proximity. I would highly recommend this cabin/house for any Redwood adventurer! Thank you for making our family's Redwood roadtrip adventure finish off great!
We had an amazing stay. Spacious 1-bedroom cabin, all the amenities. It is RIGHT behind the owners' house, but it was still very private. We never even knew they were there! Jennifer had called me before we arrived, so I knew they wouldn't be there to greet us, which was fine! We knew how to get in touch if we needed anything. Only 'bad' news was the wifi was pretty terrible. We were able to connect in the driveway and on the porch but almost nothing in the cabin. The place was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed for sleeping, showering, cooking, and relaxing. Such a great place! And it was a super short drive to Jedediah Smith State Park, so we went hiking each day we were there. Lovely place, wonderful trip!
Lovely private peaceful
We had a wonderful time. Our only problem was that the map on the website was not accurate so we had to call to get directions, but that worked out fine. The cabin was comfortable and private and we enjoyed it thoroughly.
