Cozy, one bedroom cabin. All new furnishings. King size bed
and queen size hide-a-bed. You will keep warm and cozy by the wood
stove or there is also electric heat. Chopped wood is provided.
Nestled among the giant redwood trees along the north bank of the
beautiful wild and scenic Smith River.
We rented from Jennifer in the wintertime, to visit family in the area. I have stayed in other cabins in the area but this one was exceptional. It was very cold for our stay and Jennifer made sure we had firewood for the wood burning stove and she even turned on the little area heater before we arrived to warm the cabin up a bit.
The cabin had everything for our cooking needs! I highly recommend this cabin for a little bit of "camping" luxury home away from home!
We enjoyed our stay at Jennifer's cabin so much, it was the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day of exploring. Everything was perfect and we had everything we needed. Thanks so much Jennifer for sharing your cabin with us!
Friendly hosts and a cabin that met our needs for a quiet couple getaway. Close to the Redwoods and the coast. The kitchen had all the utensils and cooking supplies we needed. Remember to bring your own condiments. Clean, quiet and well kept.
A cute, clean, well appointed 1 bedroom cabin located right on the Smith River. A congenial host who took care of all of our wants and needs in a timely, professional manner. Nice cabin with all of the necessary amenities. Comfortable bed with a well appointed kitchen, and functional and comfortable living room and bathroom. Our only issue was the spotty WIFI connection. We hope to return again as this cabin was a great value in a wonderful location!
This little cabin is in a great location to enjoy the Redwoods. We stayed two nights. The furnishings all seem to be pretty new although the cabin itself is not. The location is peaceful - we enjoyed a long evening on the deck.
Jennifer was a gracious host. Would definitely stay again.
Our stay was perfect, except for finding the house. This is not at all the owners fault however when you follow the directions from VRBO it doesn't always give you the correct directions. For us it took us down a logging road at 9 o'clock at night, and we were in and out of cell service. So to avoid that I would recommend inputting the address into Google instead.
