We had a great week. Everything was perfect at the cottage. Absolutely no problems. Such a nice, comfortable place. We hope to visit again early next June. I’ll be in touch with you shortly after the first of the year.
It was very nice! Enjoyed my time there very much! Would recommend it to anyone!
This lake house was a perfect getaway for my family! Gorgeous waterfront view (and sunsets), private dock and everything you need to relax. The house has everything you need - dishwasher, laundry and grill were great to have... and kayaks, water toys and loons! We even rented a canoe and paddle board from Maine Sport in Rockport. Easy delivery and pick up. There is very little cell coverage and no WiFi but my 10 year old son found plenty to do! Camden is a quick drive for good food and shops. We can't want to come back!
This cottage was exactly what we were looking for to get away from everything! My husband and I spent Labor Day weekend here. We cooked all our meals at the house and the kitchen had all we could need. Bonus was having a dishwasher while at the cottage. The pond views and sunsets were fantastic! We spent lots of time reading and relaxing on the dock and porch. We did not get cell service here and there is no wifi, which is what we were looking for.
Location is great to get into Camden and all the other towns around. We even went up to Acadia for one day. Tim was easy to work with and the cottage was exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again!
This is our 2cnd stay at your lake house and of course we loved it completely, so much so I really don't know how to begin. The lake is so gorgeous, especially when it looks like glass early in the morning and is so enticing for swimming and kayaking. The cottage is very well equipped and we really like the convenience of the towels and bed linens you supply. One thing that really appeals to me is the proximity to Camden and Belfast, two places so interesting for browsing and shopping. I love the cottage and all that it offers for me and my family.
Property is in a secluded area with beautiful views of the pond. Great grill out on a large deck. We loved being able to use the kayaks and explore the pond. House had all the amenities and was very comfortable. The upstairs rooms did not have much privacy, and the beds were a little hard to access for adults because of the low eves. Only one bathroom and no wifi were slight inconveniences. Good location- close to Camden. Overall, had a really nice stay and we'd recommend it.
This cottage is on a great spot on Norton pond. My, and my sisters family had a wonderful stay. With 3 kids under 9, it was a perfect location for us all. Kayak rides, bike rides, swimming and a great week for the the 9 year old at the sailing camp in Lincolnville. We loved the placement of the house giving us a great lawn to play games and sit in the shade or sun, a wonderful dock and beautiful sunsets. We did a lot of grilling and went to a few local lobster pounds. I would recommend this rental to families with kids, there was so much to offer.
All in all a great week in a great location!
