We have a true Pride of Ownership. One Family owns this Condo. We COMPLETELY remodeled when we bought the unit 3 years ago. We built out the loft and it is perfect for kids of all ages. We will be happy to help you with Activities, Logistics, Dining etc. The Condo has ALL amenities down to Paper goods, all kitchen amenities, Sheets, towels, everything for a great stay. We take all major Credit Cards via PayPal.

This Property is VERY Centrally located. In the winter with proper snowpack, with some effort, you can ski home. You can walk to the lifts, once again it's 500 yards, in the morning. There's WIFI and Flatscreens throughout. Everything is new: Beds, Couches, Towels and linens, carpet, paint, tile, 3 Flatscreens. All amenities are included, Propane BBQ, Kitchen ware, Microwave, K Cup Coffee Maker/Regular Coffee Maker, Toaster, PopCorn Popper and pack and play for children, even stocked with paper goods. There is Wifi, Cable, Netflix, Roku, iPhone Docking Stations. Excellent for kids, lots of SAFE places to sled and play in snow. Backs up to USFS.

What makes this condo unique

There's a Car Port which is RARE for the Condo Complexes. This is a Clubhouse, not many Complexes have them, with a few work out machines, Ping Pong, Pool Table and Sauna. Theres 2 Hot Tubs and a Swimming Pool in the Summer only. You can walk to 2 of the BEST Restaurants in the SLT Area. Very quiet location yet within minutes of Casinos, Lake, Heavenly, Hiking and Restaurants

There is numerous Heaters throughout the Condo and a new Pellet Stove. It stays toasty warm in the Winter. We take all major Credit Cards via PayPal. -Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, and coffee maker. -All linens are provided. - WiFi, Flat Screen TV's, Pellet Stove,VCR/DVD's, cable TV, iPHONE Charger-Speakers, WI-FI, Netflix, Roku Washer/Dryer and Nice New Barbaque -Dining area has table for 6. -Has all the amenities of home you really don't need to bring much of anything. -The Summit Condominiums is one of the few complexes with a clubhouse,it offers: a pool, work out machines, two jacuzzis (steps away from front door), sauna, pool table and ping- pong! Very cozy and home-like rental!

This place is well-prepared to be like HOME! By saying that, I really mean it. The reason is that you can find any household supplies here. The loft is very nice, full of games/toys/sand bags/a tv. You do not need to bring anything, much more convenient and comfortable than a hotel. Inside is warm and enjoyably comfortable (every room has its own heater besides the central heater) It is also very clean. The owner, John, is very responsible, made sure we have everything we need in advance. My friends and I would definitely come back in the future. I highly recommend this property!

We're glad that the Condo was equipped with everything you needed. There is actually 2 water heaters with ~65 Gallons of hot water so the whole Family can take a nice hot shower. We have Guests from around the Globe and we like to make sure that after long hours of travel there is: coffee, paper goods and even fresh toothbrushes waiting in the morning. Spacious property, great location, nice amenities

My wife and two boys stayed at this rental over the Labor Day long weekend. John (the owner) was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with, and booking was really easy as well.

The listing is accurate, and the pictures are representative of the property (although it would probably be useful to indicate that the unit is 4 floors -

ground floor: covered parking spot, 2: living room/kitchen, 3: bedrooms, 4: kids loft). The condo was clean, and everything seemed to work just fine. The location is hard to beat, especially if you're planning on visiting Heavenly resort, which is basically right behind the property. As we visited in the summer, location was still great - a short drive to the lake or to Heavenly Village, and off Pioneer Trail, which is less congested than Lake Tahoe Blvd for getting around South Lake. We made use of the small BBQ grill provided, and our boys thoroughly enjoyed the pool.

All told, we were very happy with our experience!

Nice and clean, fairly modern

Right on the corner of ski run, close to shopping, resorts, and beach, all within a short drive. House was well kept and stocked. Just be prepared for A LOT of stairs! Lol They were nice owners, very easy to deal with. I will recommend them to friends who'd like to stay in the future!!

Great place and owner!

My family of four stayed at this property for a week over the summer. The property was very nice and clean, exactly as it appears in the pictures. My kids especially liked playing in the loft area, it was their secret hideaway. We also enjoyed going to the club house (conveniently located directly across the driveway) and trying to teach the kids how to play ping pong. The property was also centrally located, which was helpful as we explored the area. But what set this experience apart from others was the owner, John. From the beginning John was super responsive to questions and provided suggestions for our itinerary. And when we decided to leave a day early (due to the kids, not the property), John was very understanding and discounted the cost of our last day booked. To top it all off, one of my kids left her watch at the property and only realized this after we were well on our way home. John went out of his way to locate the watch and have it shipped to our house in a short period of time, much to the relief of my daughter. All in all, we enjoyed staying at this property and John made the experience so much better. Thank you, John!

Great place for a family stay

Condo is well maintained and well furnished. We have 3 kids and the kids have their own place to play and TV. Kids really enjoyed the place. We would highly recommend it for families with kids. Location is perfect to reach the lake.

We have raised are kids up there so there is a pack n play, strollers etc. As they have gotten older they have enjoyed endless hours of SAFE outdoor play in the Forest and Clubhouse/Pool Area. The TV's, and I just added a ton of channels on cable, makes for a relaxing afternoon after activities. Thanks again for staying with us.
