"Join in the celebration" of Fantasy Fest week either 2nd floor view
or in the center of the crowds on Duval Street !!
We are located at 1075 Duval St. the corner of Virginia and Duval
There were five of us staying and it was the perfect place for our getaway.....it's just steps from Duval Street and close to everything....there isn't a picture of the pool area but there should be....it's not huge but just the right size to relax in, the pool area is large and it has an area which you can stand and look over at all the people going up and down Duval Street. We would definitely stay here again and are thinking of planning another trip here next year.
We loved the place. The pics represented the property. It was newer, clean and had everything we needed. The location was right in the middle of Duval. 3 Minute walk to a sunrise and 15 minute walk to sunset. The hot tub was hot and the pool was warm. Would stay there again.
We had a wonderful experience with both the property and the owner! Very large and comfortable condo in a nice quite nook right on Duval just a couple blocks from the wildness of Gulf side Duval but close enough to be able to be able to walk to almost everything even after a couple "adult" beverages! Great food near by and if you want some pizza I would suggest giving Babalus a try (we liked it enough we left the menu up for the rest of you!)
Everything was very clean and comfortable. The owner was great helping field a parking issue the first night we arrived fairly late and was quick to respond with any questions I had. The beach at the south end of Duval is just 3 blocks away and while not large is a great place to sit and relax while having a cool drink or two. The pool was a nice way to get some sun and heat relief if you dont feel up for a longer walk. Hemingway house, lighthouse and butterfly conservatory are all withing 3 blocks. All in all the property helped make this one of our best vacations ever as a family.
Do the "Famous Duval Street Crawl"---Being located on Duval Street
you are within walking distance to some of the finest restaurants on
