The best value for location on St. George Island. You really feel like you are beachfront, only a small beach front road separates you from the beach. Full views of gulf of mexico from our building. You are just 100 ft from door to sand. Enjoy shell collecting, dolphin watching or fishing. It is just 300 ft from our front door to the water's edge. The gulf view is right outside the door. You don't have to bend or stretch to see. This is the largest unit in the building.

Our unit is a cozy Pet Free 2 bedroom, 2 bath plus a loft (which serves as 3rd bedroom). 1 queen bed in

each bedroom and 2 twin beds in loft (great for kids).

Granite kitchen countertops and professionally equipped for the cook. Tile floors throughout unit helps with easy clean up.

We rent 2, 5 and 7 nights: Friday and Saturday, Sunday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday. No flexibility in this during peak season Spring Break or Summer.

Additional units available for rental for larger families or groups vacationing together. Please inquire regarding unit B-1, 2 bedroom 1 bath, sleeps 6. Property ID 62332

We are a family of 4 who live in Atlanta, GA. I am Tania and I manage the property for our family. I was born and raised in Florida in Miami and Panama City. I have always dreamed of my own place at the beach and my dream came true when we purchased Neptune's. It is small but has the best access to the beach without being on the beach. It was affordable for our family to make this investment and we have enjoyed every year! We remodeled the unit in 2005 to make it the best possible use of every square inch. The loft was added to add extra bed space for our twin boys and make sure 6 people can sleep in beds! No sofa beds in our unit---we think they are the worst to sleep on. Come and try our little place at the beach.

What makes this condo unique

Easy one level building no flight of stairs! We have a wonderful large front porch and wide breezeway in our common areas. Lovely place to sip your wine or drink your coffee and watch and hear the waves. Even though we are 1st tier or across the street from beach you are so close it is hard to describe how great our location is. Read our reviews to see.

and enjoy without the crowds. Watch dolphins playing while standing

on the beach. Even during peak summer season you feel you have the

island to yourself.

camping all on the island. You'll never go back to the crowds in

nearby beaches once you experience St. George Island...truly

the 'Uncommon Florida'.

Enjoy safely riding, running, cycling the length of island on a

dedicated path. Great park for kids on the beach and a short walk

Our Stay on SGI IN Neptune's Palace A-2

Neptune's Palace A-2 met all our needs and then some. It was affordable, very close access to the beach, well stocked kitchen as far as cookware etc. It is also a good location as far as being close to the local stores and shops. We were able to bike to wherever we wanted to go. It is well maintained and very clean . The owner kindly provided beach chairs, beach mats, and an umbrella. We would definitely return!!

Great location for a quick family trip

This condo had nearly everything we needed for a long weekend at the beach with our kid. The beds and bathrooms were fine, and the kitchen had all the tools and dishes we needed for the meals we prepared for ourselves. (However, word to wise, bring your own olive oil, salt + pepper, and any other cooking basics; there are dishes aplenty but zero pantry staples.) The unit suffers from a lack of windows and any reading level lighting in the main living space, but the bedrooms on the main level got good natural light. It's a super short walk to the beach, which was great. The owners also thoughtfully provided beach chairs and an umbrella (I think; we never used any of their items). The unit's shared pool is well maintained, has plenty of seating, and gets good late afternoon shade. Here are some cons outside of the owners' control but affected our trip enough to be worth mentioning: 1 or 2 of the other condos allow pets, and those folks' dogs barked loud and long (it seemed their people were out during the evening a fair amount), which was pretty annoying. The wifi never worked. Tania did everything she could to help us try and fix it from afar, but the service provider ultimately told us that it seemed to be an issue with the router they would have to send a tech to fix... two days AFTER our departure. This may not seem like a big deal, but we didn't even consider booking units without wifi because I needed access for work. It did turn into a big deal because I work for The Weather Channel and we were here during a tropical storm, so I needed to be on-call but couldn't. Again, Tania did due diligence to try and get the service provider to help us out, but the four days without wifi (when we hadn't planned ahead to be without it) meant complications with work, no Spotify for relaxing around the house, and no Netflix. Boo. Would we stay again? Probably not. The unit was too dark and close to our loud neighbors for comfort, especially with a small child in tow, but we would absolutely recommend it for families without kids or with an older (non-napping) kid who doesn't need to be at home for so many hours a day. We appreciate all of your help and opening your family's home, Tania!

Nice and quiet place to vacation

The condo was really nice and had everything we needed, it is literally a 2 min walk to the beach, which is so much nicer than having to pack up a car. We love the whole experience.
