'We enjoyed Paphos and we found your apartment, as well as being very stylish, comfortable and well presented, was well placed for easy access to all areas of the town both on foot and by car. So we could leave the car when we wanted to sample the Ouzo. It would be a good base for anyone who might not want to drive. When we return to Paphos we'll definitely rent your apartment again and in the meantime we'd recommend you to our friends and anyone who might be reading this.   • The bathroom is fully tiled in 2 tone cream and brown. There is a modern bath with shower, a basin and mirror, toilet etc. The hot water tank is operated from a timed switch in the hallway. Fresh towels and bath mat are provided - one set (or 2 sets of towels if staying more than one week.)

  • Bedroom 1 - 1 queen , 1 baby crib , 1 sleep sofa /futon , Sleeps max 4 + cot
  • Bedroom has a luxury Queen-sized bed (152 mm), built in wardrobes, dressing table, mirror, hair dryer, CD/Radio, alarm clock and safe. (Sleeps 2). A further sofa bed in the living area sleeps 2 more and the second sofa can be a single bed. There is a child's cot with mattress too. Windows are both shuttered and curtained with luxurious suede. Linen (+ towels) is provided - one set for one week and another if guests are staying more than one week. If the sofa bed is used, a second set of linen per week is provided as above.

Welcome pack: A starter food pack for 2 or 3 people with tea, bread, milk etc, can be provided at a small cost. Please order with the booking. The kitchen has granite worktops, deep stone sink, plenty of cupboards, kettle and toaster and has pots/pans and utensils for gourmet cooks. Safe Olympic sized stepped swimming pool with sun-loungers and parasols. • The on-site facilities have been described as accurately as possible, however they are run by the complex management and the owners can not accept responsibility for their availability during your stay. This was our first visit to Paphos and we weren't disappointed. The location of the apartment is excellent and although they are very quiet, step out the door and you're only a stones throw away from a large shopping mall and various shops, bars and restaurants. The Harbour area is only 10 minutes away and also has lots of shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and very well equipped and has everything you could need. John the owner was very a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend to a friend. Only very slight downside was the air-conditioning. Very good in the bedroom, but in the lounge wasn't quite as cold as I would have liked (although my husband was very happy). Those tropical moments are hell!!! All in all, FAB!!

Our second stay at the apartment and another great week away . Apartment has everything you need a home from home . Close to the shopping mall and a short walk to the harbour . Will definitely be returning .

Superb location

The apartment was very nice and the location was fantastic near the pool.....15mins walk to harbour, bus stop to coral bay across the road, shopping mall next door with a great supermarket...plenty of good eateries nearby.

Had a fantastic three weeks stay and would not hesitate to use the apartment again in the future.

Quens Gardens

This is a perfect spot for older guests. It is very quiet as many residents live there all year, but also very convenient for travelling about. The local bus stops outside and it is only 1 euro. The very busy harbour area with its lovely restaurants and shops are only two stops on the bus or there is a lovely pedestrian walkway along the seashore. Overall, a great place to stay, the apt. had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Paphos for a holiday...where else would you go?!

As we were going to spend 3mths of the winter in paphos we were looking for a 'home from home' and that's exactly what we got. The apartment and complex was everything the advert stated.

The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The balcony gets the sun during the day which was an added bonus.

The complex is extremely well situated, there is a bus

stop right outside that will take you to various places ie the old town, Coral Bay etc,. There are shops, suoermarkets, restuarants, internet cafe's etc, all on your doorstep. The beach is a few mins walk away and leads to some fantastic coastal walks, if your a walker you will really enjoy them. The harbour is about 15 - 20 mins away.

The complex itself has stunning gardens and a pool that are well maintained and a great place to relax and watch the world go by.

There are loads of places to eat, there were some we really enjoyed, one is a traditional kebab house at the back of the complex where we often got a takeaway, the kebabs were great! The others are Pukkets (which is on Tombs of the Kings road) and the Raj which is about 15 mins walk away.

Overall we had a fantastic time and will be going back.

If your thinking of going to this apt, go for it you'll have a great time!!

Having been to cyprus many times we knew the location well. The propery is in a good central location with plenty of restaurants and activities close by. The appartment was clean and well maintained and to a good standard. The pool is nice but all the other onsite facilities had closed down.
