Amazing and Affordable
Like others have mentioned, Lourdes (the property owner) does go the extra mile to keep customers happy. We (2 adults and 2 teens) stayed there for 10 days (starting the 3rd week of June), and Lourdes met us at the unit. The unit was very clean, and with pretty much every basic amenity you'd want for a vacation rental. Internet, TV, Microwave oven, small toaster oven, Toaster, coffee machine and full size fridge with icemaker, 2 double murphy beds, a couch, and even a small round living room table which easily seats 5 people, and a parking spot. Even has plenty of supplies already in the unit (various cleaners, toilet paper, kitchen towels, etc..).
The property grounds are very well taken care of by Carlos (very nice guy - and always working), and the pool was always clean and perfect temperature. Beach is literally right next to the property (open the gate right next to the pool, and you are on the beach).
We've stayed at other similar style properties in the past, but this one is definitely the best maintained property grounds we've encountered. Now, it is also pretty much one of the last little hidden gems left on Sunny Isles beach which is affordable (the rest have all been bought out by developers).
Great location, with plenty of stuff within 5 minute drive (or walk if you prefer) from the property. Publix grocery, Walgreens, CVS, and many restaurants. Less than 10 minute drive to Aventura mall (and Biscayne Blvd.) where you will find plenty of shopping, restaurants, etc..
We love this Sunny Isles strip, and it's location, and we always come back. We would definitely stay in this unit again next time we come (if it is still around).

We arrived and were met by the Property Manager, Lourdes who is a lovely lady. She provided the keys and information with regards to the appartment. The apartment was clean and in good order. First family vacation in a little while and we all enjoyed our stay! Lourdes was so pleasant, she even made an extra trip back to the unit to drop off beach chairs and an umbrella! Would stay here again and would definately recommend it to people.

fabulous and affordable beach front accommodation
This condo is fantastic and very well described - the webpage very is very accurate with immaculately clean surroundings, excellently well maintained and convenient amenities in the kitchen area. Lourdes, the condo owner, goes the extra mile to serve her guests and the little extra touches with supplies for the kitchen and bathroom were so nice.
The customer service has been the best i have experienced in my 15 years of traveling to Florida to vacation in a beach condo. I will definitely recommend this property to all my friends and when we return to Miami Beach I will definitely be happy to return to this condo.
We took in a Dolphins game which is a short drive to get to Sunlife Stadium, we went to Miami Port side to visit American Airlines Arena to watch the Heat play, again only about 30 minutes to get to. The Sawgrass Outlet Mall is an amazing shopping experience with fabulous bargains, easily accessed within 30 minutes and for the more lavish designer splurges there is Aventura Mall which is within 5 minutes drive.
The beach access is straight out the back gate of the pool yard of the condo complex.

My husband and I had an amazing time! We spent a week here and felt at home. The bed was comfortable, the pool was the perfect temperature and the ocean was within very close walking distance. There are definitely stores and a couple restaurants within walking distance but we were glad we rented a car so we could fully explore Sunny Isles, Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood. The studio was exactly as described and pictured in the photos, super clean. The owner Lourdes was great. Very nice and easy to contact when planning our trip and while at the studio; just a phone call away. We would definitely recommend this studio to our family and friends.
