About the apartment:

This is a 120 sqm apartment situated on the second floor of secure residential building without an elevator. It features beautiful wood flooring in the common areas, carpeting in the bedrooms and receives lots of natural light thanks to the large windows throughout.

Upon entering the flat, you are greeted by an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living room features a comfortable sofa and two arm chairs for gathering and relaxing at the end of the day. There is a flat screen TV with cable and a free WI-FI connection is available throughout the apartment. . There is no air conditioning but fans can be provided when warmer temperatures are predicted in the London weather forecast. Just off the living area, you’ll find a dining table and chairs for six for those days when you do not feel like dining out in one of the many Marylebone area restaurants.

The fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine, tea kettle and more. All pots, pans, crockery and utensils are provided so that you can benefit from the luxury of being able to prepare meals at home. There is also a washing/drying machine for your convenience, which will allow you to pack light and save room for all of your British souvenirs

The three bedrooms feature double beds, bedside tables and lamps, carpeting and ample storage for all of your belongings. All bedding, sheets and linens are provided and all beds are neatly made prior to arrival. The first bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet and hank sink. The second bathroom has a combination bathtub/shower, toilet and hand sink. Complementary toilet rolls, shampoos, shower gels, hand soap and a hair dryer will be provided to start off your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 6 people as well.

Upon arrival in London, a member of our Welcoming Team will meet you to give you a tour of the mews house and its appliances, help you to connect to the Wi-Fi, hand over the keys and more. You’ll find a personal guidebook in the flat with suggestions on where to eat and shop in the Marylebone district.

Marylebone Village in London is one of central London����s most sought-after neighbourhoods by locals and visitors alike. The area is famous for its numerous restaurants, boutiques, cafes and more, including the Chiltern Firehouse and the Paddington Street Gardens. It is just minutes from the great shopping destination, Oxford Street. The flat is the perfect place for anyone who comes to London for a shopping spree or for a great central base to begin your London adventure! It is also just minutes from the famous Sherlock Holmes Museum and the Wallace Collection, home to some of the best paintings in Europe. Wouldn't stay anywhere else

This place was great! The location couldn't have been better, central to the city and nightlife. We walked almost everywhere or took a quick Tube ride. The flat was remarkably clean and had everything we needed to whip up breakfast or relax between outings. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in London!

It felt like home for us

I brought my family to London for a long weekend before traveling to Paris and we all enjoyed this flat very much. It was very comfortable, in an excellent, central and safe area. It served all our purposes: it was close to the places where I had my business meetings, and also close to the tourist attractions for my husband and two children. If you have the chance, I would highly recommend grabbing tickets to a West End show, we all loved the live theatre and got great last-minute tickets from a kiosk at Piccadilly Circus (about 20 minutes by foot from the flat). We all enjoyed our stay, and we'll definitely call on Paul again when we come to London .

Good Value for Money

All in all a very good value for your money. At the time of the booking it was the best price I could find with 3 real bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in the Marylebone area. Good communication with the management company. In the apartment, you've got just what you need to stay comfortably for a few days. Location is very good, say 5- minutes walk to all the big action, plus there's two parks very close by. Two Underground options nearby as well so you can go anywhere in Central London in no time, once you get used to taking the Tube and navigating. Internet connection was good and the apartment is clean.

Would stay here again

We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to London. Even though you are situated in the heart of the city, this apartment offers a calm refuge from the bustling city. The location was simply great and we enjoyed wondering around and trying all sorts of food. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. You'll find what you need there: hair dryer, iron, etc. I would just suggest providing some electrical converters for travelers coming from outside the UK.

Very comfortable

A very comfortable apartment, full of light. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking at home. The sitting room has a comfy sofa and the TV was nice for watching BBC news at night (we just love listening to the accents). The three bedrooms are of good size. The apartment is situated in a good area - not too busy but just enough, and the place is pretty quiet. There is a supermarket a couple of hundred feet away. The big sights like Piccadilly Circus, the Thames, Big Ben and Buckingham Palace are all within a walkable distance when the weather is good.

Perfectly Fit Our Needs

We had a great time in the apartment. Leo was able to organise a baby cot for our arrival which made traveling that much easier, really fantastic service. The communication with him and everyone else was very easy. The apartment is just perfect for a family of four-6 with one bigger bedroom, one medium sized room and one smaller bedroom (where the baby slept). The bathrooms are fitted with good fixtures and the showers were great. The apartment has all you need and more and everything is of very good quality, well maintained and clean. The location is great - close to the underground metro and many sights, as well as Regents Park and the Zoo. It fitted our needs just perfectly. Without a doubt we will recommend to stay here when in London. Kind thanks!

    Regarding a late check-in (after 7:00PM)
    Please remember that you are booking an apartment, not a hotel room. We try to be as accommodating as possible. However, in the instance that you arrive between 7:00PM and 9:00PM there will be a 30 £ late check-in fee, if you arrive even later, between 9:00PM and 11:00PM the check-in fee will be 50 £. Between 11:00PM and 1:00AM the check-in fee will be 80 £. After 1:00AM there will be a 100£ check-in fee.
