LUXURIOUS / IMMACUALTE! INCREDIBLE OCEAN FRONT LOCATION - SLEEPS 6! A/C!
Why Fiona Petrie chose Truro
I purchased this property because of it's unique offerings such as water views from ALL windows. Pilgrim's Lake in front and the ocean out back. The home has a wonderful open concept with a lovely, large, bright kitchen which is really well laid out. The bedrooms are so incredibly roomy. The home has so many upgrades and nice finishes and great sized cupboards. The crowning glory of this home is the view of the ocean and the proximity to the water. I know of no other condo which allows you a private 25 x 30 ft deck to enjoy the sun, the surf and the ocean views right on the beach. What a very special gem - a true oasis! I am the co-manager of this condominium development and so I will only rent out a very few weeks per year.
What makes this House unique
I bought in Truro because I love the sun, the sand, the rolling waves and abundant wildlife of this area. Amazing parks and incredible dunes like nowhere else. This is the only part of the east coast where you can watch the sun set over the ocean. And oh what spectacular sunsets they are!!! There are so many activities to do here all year round. I actually enjoy off season the best - especially when a storm comes up. So much fun to watch from the cozy living room. You can't beat the fun of P-town minutes away. Filled with unique stores, culture, art galleries, exceptional restaurants and more. The people there are exceptionally friendly and very interesting.

Wonderful property! Wonderful location! Can't wait to go back!
Just stayed at Fiona's magical property last week and we can't wait to go back!! We are 2 adults and 11 mo old. It was perfect for us. It is immaculately clean (our top priority), beautifully appointed, and so close to PTown. The location is perfect plus that giant deck, awesome beach and unbelievable view. We're dreaming of our vacation!! Fiona is easily reached and in helpful communication throughout the process. Loved working with her. Hope to be back as soon as possible. Thank you Fiona!!

In the words of Henry David Thoreau
“We saw the sunset in the Bay, -- for standing on that narrow Cape was, as I have said, like being on the deck of a vessel... this sight drove everything else quite out of our heads... the shining torch of the sun fell into the ocean.”
