No 76 is a beautiful home from home lake side property overlooking the lake from every window and extended gated decking area which also gets sun shine all day. The Lodge is set within the Cotswold Waterpark with abundance of outdoor family activities and entertainment.

The waterfront Lodge is a New England 3 storey design which has been completely refurbished to a very high standard. There is an extended surrounding gated decking area which is great for families with small children to play whilst parents and friends can enjoy the lake side view. A gas BBQ is provided with plenty of outdoor furniture to dine and relax.

There is an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room which has triple French window access to the outside decking to view the picturesque lake and lawn area. The sitting room has a 51" internet TV with free access to Netflix to enjoy all the latest films. The kitchen is fully fitted & has a dishwasher & microwave.

The master bedroom is situated on the first floor. The bed is 5ft with plenty of space for the travel cot to be positioned. It also has an en-suite with a shower room, hair dryer and TV. The main bathroom with bath & shower is also on the first floor. On the second floor there are two further bedrooms. Bedroom 2 is a double with a 4.6ft bed. Bedroom 3 is a children's room with bunk beds and a en-suite toilet & wash basin. All these room are newly furnished with new carpets.

The Lodge is very child friendly with a travel cot, high chair, stair gate, potty, changer, steriliser and toys provided. There is also 24 hour gated security to the complex which make it very safe for children to cycle around.

The Lodge is part of the Water Mark complex which includes its own Gym, Spa, Swimming,Fishing, Golf and Water Sports at reduced fees. The on site Brasserie overlooks another lake which often hold entertainment. There is also a children`s soft play area, outdoor tennis courts and two games rooms with Table Tennis and Pool Tables, an outdoor play area and two lake beach play areas. In the surrounding area there are other activities including Canoeing, Sailing, Windsurfing, Wakeboarding, Supervised Beach Swimming and Pony Riding. There are many bike and walking trails around the 550 acres lake estate.

South Cerney is a picturesque Cotswold village with many pubs/ Restaurants and Indian/Fish and Chip take away and local store.

A perfect get away place which is not over crowded.

Why Alan chose Cirencester

We all fell in love with this area after a holiday on the lakes and decided to purchase. We did also of home on the properties and decided the turret have the best size and decking space. The Lodge also benefits from sun all day right next to the lake for wonderful view. We spent a lot of time making the Lodge and home from home feel and not a rental which a lot of these properties are. We plan to use the Lodge as a home as well.

What makes this chalet unique

Amazing area for everyone. The Lodge is completely refurbished and everything is new. An unforgettable holiday break.

Beautiful property

The Lodge is a beautiful property. There were four adults and a toddler in our party and the property was PERFECT for our needs. The room at the top of the house has bunk beds (with some bed barriers at the end) and even a stair gate you can use (if not it fully slides away).

The wrap around veranda overlooking the lake is gorgeous, and was well-used. And the lounge/kitchen/dining area was ideal for the family to be together. A great stay, thank you.

Beautifully equipped holiday house with lovely views of the lake.

We stayed as a family of four with grandparents. We loved using the tennis courts and playing in the playground and on the little beach. The decking area was great for eating and watching the fish in the lake. Would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic time

We had a fantastic time at the lakes, the property is very well located, next to most water sports and some good restaurants and also very close to some towns and villages worth visiting. The house is indeed very nicely decorated and amazing for kids, our daughter loved the details and toys on her bedroom and they added a cot for our little son on our bedroom. the space inside is really nice, but also on the outside, loads of space and things to do with the kids inside the complex while we get something ready to go out.

Dealing with the owner was really easy and very quick replies.

Would definitely recommend this place.

Waterside retreat

Immaculate house, quiet location, directly waterside with large pristine decking to sit out on and enjoy the location. There are views from every window. Alan was very helpful and able to offer suggestions for the local area and made it very easy for us to find the property and settle in. Really enjoyable stay and hope to return.
