Ideally situated on Devon Road between Salcombe town and North Sands (for The Winking Prawn), The Crows Nest at 5 Melbury is a beautiful three bedroom apartment that has spectacular views of the beautiful Salcombe estuary.

The Space:-

Own entrance hall with plenty of room to store coats and shoes.

Central landing area off which is the living area, three bedrooms (one en suite) and family bathroom.

Living area/kitchen has two sofas and TV with amazing views of the estuary.

Well equipped kitchen - butcher's block, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine.

Table to seat six.

Master bedroom - double bed, wardrobe, ensuite toilet/shower room.

Second bedroom - double bed,wardrobe.

Third bedroom - twin beds, wardrobe, dressing table.

Bathroom with toilet and shower.

Private car park with space for one car (accessed off Herbert Road).

The views of Salcombe Estuary are mesmorizing

We had a very memorable stay and would love to return. The apartment is perfect in size for our family of 5, with children aged 12, 10 and 7. Clean, tidy, well furnished and presented. The kitchen has all you need. We didn't spend much time in the apartment as there is so much to do. There is lovely playpark with zip wire etc only 5 mins walk away, and a co-op also within 5 mins walk, and all on a very quiet residential street. Salcombe high street is only 10 mins away, although there is a climb, with that you get the breathtaking views (through a massive window)! We had great fun finding all the cut throughs to North Sands beach as well as the sea fronts. We were leaving when the owners turned up to use the apartment themselves and they are very friendly and clearly want to ensure the apartment is the best it can be. Thank you

Great apartment, great views

The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped and homely. The apartment is in a good location with great views. Victoria was very helpful and always quick to respond. We would definitely stay again.
