About the property

2 room apartment + living room, direct sea views, air conditioning, shared pool and garden, recently renovated in style, secure garage and parking inside the residence, direct access to the beach in 2 minutes walk from the front door of the garden service. Internet (fiber), French channels (Orange), fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, cutlery, pots, glasses, dishes, etc. high-pressure shower. Veranda of the living room can be completely opened for a full sea view. It can accommodate 4 people (2 double beds) plus exceptionally 1 person sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Total approximate size: 55 square meters.

Sheets, towels etc available for rental with the concierge at extra price (linen are 15 Euros per stay).

End of stay: cleaning fee to be paid to the concierge (normally 50 euros).

Access - Guests can use the pool condomiliale, garden and games (ping-pong, bowling, etc.). direct access to the public beach a 2-minute walk from the exit of the garden. The concierge, Jean-Marc, will guide you and will help you record.

Useful instruction or tip - Cannes Les Plages is located on the Avenue du Docteur Picaud at number 101, next to the residence Alga Marina. Guests arriving by car are welcome to come by the Avenue du Docteur Picard and could find temporary parking outside the residence by turning in the direction of the station of Cannes La Bocca. A Guest parking is available in the residence and a garage is available for tenants. Guests arriving by public transport can reach the residence by bus or train (which serves the entire Côte d'Azur) to Cannes La Bocca stop.

Peaceful apartment with easy access to the high-life of Cannes!

We booked the apartment at short notice and Will (the owner) and Jean Marc (local apartment manager) could not have been more helpful/accommodating.

The apartment is ca. 10mins by car (with normal traffic) from the centre of Cannes and there are many easy options to get to and from the city centre (Uber, taxi, several buses etc.).

Access to the apartment grounds is via a security gate, to which you receive an entry key on check-in. There is an underground garage which is a big plus in Cannes.

The apartment itself has everything you need and is extremely well presented (I believe it must have been updated very recently). We did not spend much time in the apartment, but all amenities are there to make it a very comfortable stay (TV, kitchen, air conditioning etc.). There is also a nice communal pool outside and although we didn't have the chance to try it, it looked extremely inviting!

You also have great views of the mediterranean - nice to wake up to!

The fact that the apartment is a 10min drive from the city centre is a good thing - at least in my opinion! You can easily enjoy the excitement that Cannes has to offer, but get away from it to some peace and quiet when you have had enough.
