Great Apartment in a Great Location

  • 5 of 5

The apartment is excellent. Bright, well-furnished, and plenty of space. I could not be happier with my experience. The location is excellent as I was able to walk to most destinations of interest. I look forward to returning again soon.

Incredible location but....

  • 3 of 5

Easy access to most of central Rome. The apartment is small woth two beds in one room (1 is a pullout) and the other is in the entrance hallway. Its a good place to stay if you truly need a place to crash.

Great Experience in Top Roman Location

  • 5 of 5

I frequently rent apartments during travel and my expectations are high. This charming place met and exceeded my hopes. Beautiful and beautifully maintained, this apartment is a true find and one could not have asked for a better location than the lovely and central Navona square. Very clean and stylish, the photos are accurate and the owner/manager will do everything to make his guests feel welcome. I look forward to returning to this apartment in Rome, arguably one of the most beautiful and fascinating cities anywhere.

Beautiful apartment with excellent location

  • 5 of 5

If you are looking for a beautiful place to call home in Rome, look no further. owner is very responsive to any and all requests/questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights in Rome, and a large part of that is due to owner and his excellent Navona square apartment. Thanks again for all your help.

Not a place I would stay at again.

  • 1 of 5

The location was convenient to everything. The bathroom seems to have been remodeled. The kitchen however was not a kitchen I would cook or eat in. The dishes were dirty and the floor was dirty. No drawers so the silverware was kept in a storage bin. The sofa was really a bed that you pulled out kinda like a futon. It could have used some pillows for your back because it was not comfortable to sit on. No tumble dryer as the ad had said there was. We were only there to sleep and shower, so it was ok. I would not choose to stay here again.

A truly amazing place!

  • 5 of 5

The apartment was amazing, for the family (including two teenagers). We were met by the host, who was friendly and extremely helpful. There was WiFi access, the apartment was clean, and beautifully presented. The location was fantastic - very close to the Navona square, and we were able to walk to all the major attractions . The host provided lots of recommendations for attractions and restaurants, all.

Piazza Navona. The most famous square of Baroque Rome stands on the site of Domitianus stadium and the name seems to derive from a popular corruption of the term for the competitive games in agone which were held here. From the times of Domitian on, the place was used almost exclusively for sports events, including the famous August regatta in which the participants wore the colours of the nobles and the civic clergy. Even now the feast of the Befana (January sixth) is celebrated there with a typical market.

Other Activities: Shopping, antiquing, museum.
