Nice apartment located 1 minute from the beach and 5 from the wall, with a distribution consisting of living room with terrace one dormit., Suite with bathroom with access to the same terrace, 2 bedrooms, another bathroom for these 2 bedrooms (both bathrooms have shower) and a well equipped office kitchen.
The terrace is equipped with patio furniture.
Air conditioning in all rooms, (included in the price), television has satellite channel.
Parking in the same building, also included in price, with direct access from the elevator.

In most of our apartments the minimum stay is 7 days (please refer to the individual apartment description). We will inform you if there are exceptions.

When we receive the deposit we will confirm the reservation by e-mail, including the complete address of the apartment.

As the apartments belong to different owners if you request a change of apartment, after it has already confirmed booking is considered cancellation.
The person making the reservation with us must be of legal age (> 18 years).
Arrival at the apartment
The keys are delivered by a particular person responsible arrival, checking, signing the contract and delivery of keys at the real estate agency L'Ancora located in C / Enric Granados, Local 3-A. Check-in time is 16: 00-19: 00. h., depending on whether the apartment is ready or not. we can not guarantee that it can be earlier if there is an exit on the same day and time for cleaning is required.

3. DEPOSIT PAYMENT
The deposit can be paid through the following methods: cash on day of arrival.

Payment of rent
In most of our apartments can pay CASH AND CARD.
When will the rent payment is made?

5. DURING THEIR STAY
Number of passengers
The apartment must be occupied only by the number of people confirmed in the booking confirmation.
Animals are not allowed.
The initial cleaning is always included in the rental price of the apartment.
Drinking water and electricity
Usually water consumption and electricity are included. However, please carefully check the detailed offer, since in some apartments is an extra cost, especially in air-conditioned apartments.
Hours of rest
We ask a proper and formal behavior towards the residents of the same household or community. This means that loud music, parties or any other annoyance is prohibited. Please respect the rest time of 22: 00-10: 00.
Breach of conditions
If all the conditions listed here, or specific apartment conditions sent by e-mail, the landlord can ask you to leave the apartment without any compensation are not met.
Issues or questions
In case of any issue or question, the most efficient way is to contact the person who attended him at the finish.
Change departure day
In case you want to leave the apartment before departure confirmed your reservation, there will be no refund of the total already paid for the reservation.
In case you want to leave the apartment because of unforeseen changes in housing conditions that can not be solved (by force majeure, works, etc.), we try to find alternative accommodation. If you can not reach an agreement, we will offer a partial cancellation of reservation and refund the amount of the remaining stay.
Time of departure
Departure is at 09:30 to 11. 00. If requesting leave later, please talk before arrival and inform you of the time (later) I could leave the apartment. In many cases it is possible to leave luggage until the afternoon. If this point is very important to you. If you want to leave your luggage in the apartment or in our office on your way out, please let us know on arrival and inform you of the possible options. These depend on the day of departure and the apartment.
Before leaving the apartment

CURRENT POLICY CANCELLATIONS FOR CASES
Under current legislation the cancellation of the reservation will result in the following cases:
a) Return of 100% of the reservation (except banking fees refund) when the cancellation is made 45 days before arrival to occupy the house.
b) Refund of 50% of the amount received (other than charges for bank return) when the cancellation is made between 45 days and 30 days prior to arrival to occupy the house.
c) Return of 0% of the amount received when the cancellation is made after the date specified in paragraph b.
The valid date to account for these cancellations will be that we receive notification by mail or in writing of the cancellation.
