A Cute Cottage in a Beautiful Location !
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute little cottage in the corner of the owner's garden. It is located on a very scenic canal and is only 10 minutes walk from the main part of Brugge. Veronique, the owner is lovely and very friendly and helpful. The cottage is two storey with the bedroom and a huge bath upstairs and the toilet, kitchen and a large living area downstairs. There are cooking facilities but you don't really need them as there are so many great restaurants to choose from in the town. The way up to the bedroom is via steep stairs - you just need to remember to duck your head when you get to the top ! We can highly recommend doing the Battlefields tour with Quasimodo Tours while you are staying at Cozy Corner - it was fantastic. Brugge is a lovely town to explore and this little cottage was a great place to base ourselves. Highly recommended.
Thanks a lot !!
An absolutely lovely place to stay! Veronique is a wonderful host and made visiting Brugge a delight
Our experience in Brugge was amazing and the accommodations at the tiny cottage of Veronique was equally beautiful. Veronique is friendly and personable and provided our every need. It is situated in the heart of Brugge, within walking distance of parking, food and town centre shopping. We couldn't have asked for a better host and location. The canal behind the cottage is quiet and serene; a perfect place for an evening glass of wine! If we ever return to Brugge, we will definitely come back to Veroniques cottage. 10 out of 10!!
Hello Alida and Larry,
thanks a lot for this kind review.
It was a pleasure to meet you both and share some time with you both.
We really hope to meet you once again.... who knows...
Quaint, charming cottage
This was a lovely rental. Veronique was charming and helpful to help us navigate our stay. The home was very clean and some obvious touches for comfort....sample soaps and moisturizers in the bath area. There is a quaint garden area that offers some privacy for the guests. This is in 2 blocks from the tourists area. I recommend renting bikes and go from there. Thank you so much Veronique! We had a lovely time.
We loved our stay in this cozy cottage full of character and charm.
If you're looking for your own quiet oasis away from the popular tourist spots, this is just the most perfect location. Close to everything on a quiet cobblestone street right next to a canal with an adorable garden to sit back and relax after you return from your day of exploring Brugge. All this and wonderful hospitality to top it off. What could be better? We will highly recommend to our friends and family who have yet to visit this beautiful, historical city.
One of our best VRBO experiences!
The Tiny Cozy Corner cottage was our favorite place to stay throughout our travels in Europe! The setting was beautiful and serene and Veronique was a delight, readily available if we had any questions. Praline the cat welcomed us and had such a friendly personality. The location was perfect, a very short walk from the town square and in a quiet area of town. Check out the Volkscafe Day Bar down the steeet for a refreshing beverage. Thank you for such a great experience, we hope to come back some day! Sharon and Adam
