21 Thirlmere is an attractive, detached lodge set in a peaceful setting in the Lake District's White Cross Bay. With two bedrooms both with TVs this lodge can sleep four people comfortably. There is also a family bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire. Outside is off road parking for one car and a lovely, spacious decked area with a hot tub and furniture, as well as a lovely roof terrace. There are also extensive shared grounds offering woodland walks, along with access to Lake Windermere, just a couple of minutes' stroll away. With fabulous on-site facilities including an indoor heated pool, plus a restaurant and a bar, 21 Thirlmere has all the elements needed for a wonderful holiday in the Lake District.

All ground floor. Two bedrooms with Freeview TV: 1 x double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire.

Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, 3 x TVs WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Deck with hot tub and furniture. Roof terrace with furniture. Shared use of leisure facilities, including indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, gym, play park and multi-use games area. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Cottage accessed by approx. 3 steps. Note: Due to the lakeside location and roof terrace, children should be supervised at all times. Note: Due to the location, WiFi can be intermittent. Note: At check-in guests will be provided with a barrier pass number to use in the barrier key pad providing vehicular access to the park. Note: Guests wishing to use the on-site leisure facilities will need to purchase a leisure pass from reception. Passes cost £15 per stay and one pass is allocated per lodge. Note: No stag/hen or similar. 1 small well behaved dog welcome. Note: Hot Tub unavailable week commencing 24.08.2018 until the 31.08.2018
