About the property

A large stone house over a century old in the historical quarter of Agüimes. It has a spacious central patio which leads on to three independent holiday homes. The homes are well-lit and located in a quiet street with easy parking nearby. The property is less than 300 metres (a 5-minute walk) away from shops, the petrol station, a health centre and pharmacy, a tourist information point, local museums and library, as well as bars and restaurants with outdoor terraces where you can enjoy the local delicacies.

The holiday home Saulo 2 is a large, peaceful house on the ground floor, adapted for guests with reduced mobility. It comprises an entry hall, two double bedrooms, living room-kitchen, bathroom and private terrace with an office, sundeck and garden shower.

Agüimes is located on the southeast of Gran Canaria island. It covers 76 km2 and boasts a mild climate (20ºC yearly average temperature) with low rainfall.

From the traditional hamlet of Temisas, in the highest part of the municipality, to the fishing village of Arinaga, Agüimes combines history, aboriginal sites, traditional architecture and beautiful landscapes with the hospitality of its people and rich folklore and handmade crafts.
