Located in a very quiet pedestrian street, for your REST. But at the same time very close to the area of ​​tapas bars, flamenco, restaurants, nightclubs and shopping areas.

Floor with high ceilings, with large windows in all rooms. It consists of 3 spacious bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, bathroom and BALCONY, to enjoy the sun. Ideal for 6 people. All rooms have AIR CONDITIONING-HEATING and lock with key.

It is included towels, linens, kitchen utensils, TV, fiber optic WIFI Internet.

For families with children I can provide a cot and highchair.

The building is in a very quiet area: pedestrian street on foot of the building and with little traffic in the adjoining streets and large communal patio with fruit trees with restricted access in the rear.

Very close to the house there are many supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, DIA, Opencor, to name a few), areas of bars, restaurants and flamenco live (Bétis street, Salado street, Avenida Republica Argentina), pedestrian zone and commercial stores ( Asunción Street: Mango, Pull & Bear, Decathlon City and Imaginarium, among others).

The apartment has a free guarded garage very close to the building. (Please let me know if you need it, because that way we would be directly at the parking gate)
