The apartment is about 80 m2 and consists of three rooms and a kitchen in a so-called Elite apartment (to compare with a simple "standard" apartment). It has two spacious bedrooms, one master bedroom with en suite bathroom and single whirlpool tub, the other with access to the terrace. The living room consists of a dining area and double sofa bed, flat screen TV and exit to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, etc. Even high chair, child dinnerware and simple toys like puzzles etc. are located in apartment. The bathrooms are tiled.
Each room is equipped with a separate climate control for optimum temperature. The condo also includes ironing board, iron and hair dryer etc.
The apartment has a large terrace of almost 35 m2 with views to the sea in the south and the mountain peaks in the north. The terrace consists of two parts, where one side has a dining table for 8-10 people, and on the other there are deck chairs and cozy corner. The terrace is also equipped with a built-in barbecue. The part of the terrace where the dining table stands are glazed. But the glass is of course open up completely if desired.
The apartment has a communal roof terrace with large swimming pool, children's pool, a lifeguard and a small pub / restaurant. In this section there is also a relaxation area with hot tub and heated indoor pool with relaxation chairs and the option to book massages in high season. At ground level there is a large pool area with swimming pool, children's pool, lifeguard, club house with restaurant, billiards, table tennis, Wifi, free loungers and parasols. Recreational amenities include an English pub. Across the street are also tennis courts that can be booked. The outdoor pools close in late October / early November and then open the indoor heated pool and lifeguard move in. The outdoor pools open since sometime in the spring again, depending on weather.
The apartment belongs to the holiday-resort Pueblo Evita and has an excellent location with the sea a few hundred meters to the south and mountains to the north. The complex is built like an Andalusian mountain village and developed around a villa originally built
Eva "Evita" Peron, giving the resort its name.
The facility is fenced and surrounded by walls and gates for a safe stay.
Benalmadena Pueblo Evita can be reached by train takes about 15 minutes and goes directly from Malaga airport. Do you want to take a taxi directly from the airport costs about 28 Euro. Pueblo Evita is situated in the center of Benalmádena walking distance of attractions, beach, port, etc.
Just outside the resort are a Mercadona, Spain
biggest and cheapest supermarket chain.
