Holiday apartment, overlooking the central Via Medail, convenient to all services, in the immediate vicinity are supermarket, newsagent, pastry, bakery, bars, restaurants / pizzeria, as well as cinemas and clothing stores.

The accommodation (4 beds) particularly suitable for families comprises entrance hall, living room, kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom, terrace and garage for 4 beds.

In addition to the lease, the following maintenance costs must be paid upon arrival:

- OBLIGATORY: final cleaning € 30, heating costs € 35, electricity, gas, water and condominium charges € 35

- OPTIONAL: linen (sheets, pillowcases and towels) € 20

With the lease, the box for the shelter of the car is given to the guests.

Adjacent to the condominium area there is a bus stop that leads to the departure of the ski resorts of all the ski areas (Colomion / Melezet and Jafferau); the service is free for all the Bardonecchia destinations.

The train station is about 150 meters away.

We offer assistance for the purchase of skipass, ski school and equipment rental at favorable conditions. From this year with the purchase of the skipass, a minimum of 6 days, there is the possibility of extending one day free of charge to the plants of Montgenèvre and the Via Lattea (Sestrieres / Sauze d'Oulx).

One small animal is allowed.

Bardonecchia is located 1312 meters above sea level, in a vast basin in which converge four valleys arranged in a fan. The basin of Bardonecchia opens at the center of a large amphitheater of fairly high peaks (many exceed 3000 meters, maximum altitude 3505),

The ancient town of Bardonecchia consists of the so-called Borgovecchio, gathered around the Parish Church of St. Hippolytus.

The historic center of Bardonecchia is connected to the so-called Borgonuovo (born in the mid-800) from the central Via Medail, the street is the commercial heart of Bardonecchia with shops, pastry shops, restaurants and bars that open on the sides of the road, limited traffic ,

Bardonecchia was one of the first Italian stations where it began to practice skiing, still today has two physically distinct ski areas, as sites on opposite sides of the Dora di Bardonecchia valley: Colomion-Les Arnaud-Melezet, with 15 ski lifts; the highest point reached 2400 m from the Vallon Cros and Jafferau ski lift, which develops on the slopes of the homonymous mountain and has six lifts; the highest point reached is 2700 m from the Testa del Ban chairlift and is the highest ever among all the Bardonecchia plants

In total there are more than 100 km of slopes and both areas are equipped with artificial snow systems.

In February 2006 Bardonecchia was one of the venues of the XX Olympic Winter Games, for which hosted the snowboarding competitions; It was also home to one of the three Olympic villages. In January 2007 he also hosted the alpine skiing events and snowboarding Winter Universiade in 2007.

Among the facilities are the Olympic Half Pipe and the snow park., 17 km of cross-country trails and 10 km of marked trails for snowshoes.

Ville charmante avec beaucoup de commerces

L'appartement est très bien situé (gare, commerces, navette à proximité) Possibilité de tout faire à pied, pas besoin de voiture. Il est très bien agencé. La cuisine est fonctionnelle (batterie et ustensiles au complet). Dommage qu'il n'y a pas de machine à raclette et de plats allant au four ! Les literies et oreillers sont confortables. Il dispose d'un box pour ceux qui viennent en voiture. Appartement pour un couple et 2 enfants et/ou ados. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le domaine est très familial et les pistes sont agréables. A refaire

Owner's Response: E' stato un piacere ospitare Annie e la sua famiglia. Oltre alla normale locazione dell’immobile, che finora i nostri ospiti hanno sempre apprezzato per la qualità dell’alloggio, la “location” vicino al centro commerciale ed alla stazione, il facile accesso ai mezzi pubblici di trasporto per raggiungere i campi sci; il nostro obiettivo principale è dare un valore aggiunto alla vacanza dei nostri ospiti con l'assistenza per lezioni scuola sci, per l’acquisto degli skipass, il noleggio delle attrezzature sportive e la prenotazione di cene in quota. Questo ci differenzia dagli altri host, purtroppo non sempre i nostri ospiti riescono a dare un giusto riconoscimento al nostro contributo. Spero di ospitare nuovamente Annie.
