THE PROPERTY IS ON A 2ND AND 3RD FLOOR
The Maisonette is split into 2 levels:
Porche entry with double door, hallway, kitchen, shower room with thermostatic shower, double bedroom, dining area.
Accessible through a staircase, hallway, 1 double, where can be added a single folding bed and 2 twin bedrooms, in one of them can be added a 3rd single bed, shower room with electric shower.
The 2 shower rooms have 1 thermostatic and 1 electric shower so if they will be used at the same time there won't be any problem with the water pressure. There is a LED 32" Tv in each bedroom and in the dining area (some of them are smart tv).
Everything is completely new! Very comfy and clean duplex. The property has been completely refurbished and furnished, works lasted 6 months and got it completed in January 2017.
