Nice is a beautiful vibrant city with everything for a great family holiday or a romantic break. This property would be a perfect place from which you could base your vacation. The apartment benefits from air conditioning in the lounge and master bed, ideal for those hot summer weeks. Located on the 4th floor with access to a modern style lift gives the splendid views out into the bay and across the front of Nice itself from your own private balcony. Grocery stores are yards away, as is a beautiful bakery for those fresh croissants and bread every morning! There is an excellent bus service with the stop right outside the apartment if you want to venture further still.
Ski: This property could be used for a ski due to its proximity to the Alps but please note it is not on location and would require a drive.

Have just come back from a lovely week staying at this appartment in Nice. The appartment was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Although it is a little out of town centre we found the most enjoyable way to get into town was to bike alone the promenade on the velo bleus - this was one of the highlights of the holiday! There was a group of 5/6 of us for the majority of the stay and the appartment suited all of our needs. Highly recommended, we'll hopefully be going back!
With a great view to the city centre of Nice, the house has an awesome living room, a well equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Everything that we were expecting was really there, having a location between the airport and the city centre. Right below there are cafes, bakerys, supermarkets and convenience shops. There is also a bus stop right in front of the house (on the Main Street) where all the buses stop there. Finally, the relation with the owner was good and I would recommend this house for either a short or long stay.
As an Erasmus student the house provided me with all the conditions to really enjoy my semester in Nice. All the kitchen is equipped and the Internet had no problems. It is close to Edhec and with the buses and the VeloBleu system its really easy to get to the city center. I had a really good time there!

I lived in the apartment for 4 months while being in Nice for an Erasmus exchange and had the best experience ever in this place! The location of the apartment is perfect - it's still close to the center, but without all the fuss and tourist crowds. You also have plenty of busses that can take you to the heart of Nice or you can just enjoy the beautiful walk along the sea, which , by the way, you can see even from the balcony! Apartment has all the necessary things that you need for everyday life and even such extras as washing and laundry machines. There are also few grocery stores and even supermarket close to the apartment.
Overall, this apartment was everything I expected from the description and Alex was very kind host that always was ready to help.
I rented this apartment for 7 months and it has been perfect! It is great for a holiday rental being one block from the beach and the best beach club in Nice. It has a large living room with everything you need to be comfortable as well as 2 sofa beds. The apartment could actually sleep up to 8 people. Very close to EDHEC school for students and bus stop is just outside. It has a microwave, freezer, cooktop, toaster oven, perfect for the student or family on a holiday
The apartment building is very safe with great security and nice tenants. This was perfect for my daughter going to university here and a great location to stay at and see the French Riveria with Monaco on one side and Cannes on the other. Much better than staying in a hotel. The caretakers are english speakers as well and are very helpful. I will definitely stay here again as a family vacation apartment. Very nice owner and a pleasure to do business with. I recommend this apartment very highly.
Nice has been a popular tourist destination for centuries. Nice is a centre of activities for dining, shopping, sunbathing, swimming, movies, theatres, opera, museums, or just strolling along the Promenade des Anglais and enjoying the good life. There are parks and playgrounds all around Nice. Places to sit in the shade and rest your feet during a day of shopping or sightseeing and let the kid’s burn off some energy. Or if partying late into the night is more your scene then wander into the old town and experience the night life that ends when you do! The property is ideally located for all your needs, with local amenities on the doorstep.
The apartment is a 10 min walk from the famous Negresco hotel. Why not enjoy strolling along the promenade taking in the vibrant Nice atmosphere at any time of the day.
Whilst in Nice why not explore the other famous locations along the Cote de Azur such as Cannes, St Tropez and Monoco; all short journeys ideal for day trips.

The charges are for the apartment as a whole and are independent on numbers of guests although an additional laundary charge for 6-8 guests may be charged in addition to cover the costs of laundary.
There is a 130 euro service charge for the apartment that includes all towels and linen.
Rental charges for part week bookings are negotiable as applicable.
