The property is superbly finished in a great location with beautiful Nice sea views from the terrace. It is ideally located on the second row of the famous Promenade des Anglais just 50m from the beach. The old town of Nice with all the beauty of the markets and squares is within easy reach. Nice is a beautiful vibrant city with everything for a great family holiday or a romantic break. This property would be a perfect place from which you could base your vacation. The apartment benefits from air conditioning in the lounge and master bed, ideal for those hot summer weeks. Located on the 4th floor with access to a modern style lift gives the splendid views out into the bay and across the front of Nice itself from your own private balcony. Grocery stores are yards away, as is a beautiful bakery for those fresh croissants and bread every morning! There is an excellent bus service with the stop right outside the apartment if you want to venture further still.

Ski: This property could be used for a ski due to its proximity to the Alps but please note it is not on location and would require a drive.

I chose this property because of the location. It is so close to the sea, offers great views from the balcony and also close to all local ammenities, shops and supermarkets. The view from the top floor in the Radisson hotel is the best in Nice!

  • The master bedroom has a large double bed, the small bedroom has two single beds in a bunk bed format (ideal for children) and the living area has two excellent luxury sofa beds that are converted in seconds with one hand to give you many sleeping options. There is a travel cot for our little guests although bedding is not provided.

Notes:
A car is not necessary for the apartment as everything is within easy reach by walking, bicycle or by use of the excellent bus service that stops right outside the apartment every 10 mins. The bus is just a few euro for a whole day pass and is excellent value. If you bring a car then parking can be a challenge in Nice! There are metered spaces outside the apartment which are first come first served or alternatively there is secure parking in the Radisson hotel car park which is pay and display. Also check out the view from the Radisson hotel bar right across the bay!

EXCELLENT location!!!

We booked the apartment for two months and were very pleased of our choice. Couldn't have found a better location with the bus stop at the corner that services most of the lines (going downtown, to the airport, to Cannes, to Grasse, ...). Another wonderful feature was the noise: even though there's construction going on and there's a speedway and railway in the back, the windows keep the racket out! The building is also quite modern compared with Nice's standards, the lift has enough space for five people with luggage (not at all common in this city). The apartment itself is very comfortable and well-equipped (linens, kitchenware, hangers, fans that help with the heat even with the AC on, umbrellas for the beach - you name it!). Moreover, Alex was great, keeping in touch to make sure everything was in order and answering our questions when needed. Overall, we had a good time and wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment again in the future!

An unexpected arrival!

This apartment was absolutely one of the best things of our 4 month stay in Nice! When we arrived, we didn't expect it to be this amazing. The apartment was really big, well equiped, very clean and looked even better than on the pictures. The location was just as perfect as te apartment itself, as it was only a 3 minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes away from the EDHEC University. Lastly, the landlord and his agent we're really friendly, we were always able to contact them and the agent in Nice was really helpful when we needed help, for example when the WiFi wasn't working anymore. Thanks for all of this!

Great house with a great living room

With a great view to the city centre of Nice, the house has an awesome living room, a well equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Everything that we were expecting was really there, having a location between the airport and the city centre. Right below there are cafes, bakerys, supermarkets and convenience shops. There is also a bus stop right in front of the house (on the Main Street) where all the buses stop there. Finally, the relation with the owner was good and I would recommend this house for either a short or long stay.

6 months stay

As an Erasmus student the house provided me with all the conditions to really enjoy my semester in Nice. All the kitchen is equipped and the Internet had no problems. It is close to Edhec and with the buses and the VeloBleu system its really easy to get to the city center. I had a really good time there!

A perfect place with a magnificent view

I lived in the apartment for 4 months while being in Nice for an Erasmus exchange and had the best experience ever in this place! The location of the apartment is perfect - it's still close to the center, but without all the fuss and tourist crowds. You also have plenty of busses that can take you to the heart of Nice or you can just enjoy the beautiful walk along the sea, which , by the way, you can see even from the balcony! Apartment has all the necessary things that you need for everyday life and even such extras as washing and laundry machines. There are also few grocery stores and even supermarket close to the apartment.

Overall, this apartment was everything I expected from the description and Alex was very kind host that always was ready to help.

Nice has been a popular tourist destination for centuries. Nice is a centre of activities for dining, shopping, sunbathing, swimming, movies, theatres, opera, museums, or just strolling along the Promenade des Anglais and enjoying the good life. There are parks and playgrounds all around Nice. Places to sit in the shade and rest your feet during a day of shopping or sightseeing and let the kid’s burn off some energy. Or if partying late into the night is more your scene then wander into the old town and experience the night life that ends when you do! The property is ideally located for all your needs, with local amenities on the doorstep.

The apartment is a 10 min walk from the famous Negresco hotel. Why not enjoy strolling along the promenade taking in the vibrant Nice atmosphere at any time of the day.

Whilst in Nice why not explore the other famous locations along the Cote de Azur such as Cannes, St Tropez and Monoco; all short journeys ideal for day trips.
