the villa is a U-shaped house, which means that the bedrooms are well separated from each other, providing a sense of privacy. Even when there are 12 people in the villa there is still a great feeling of space.
The house also has AirCon in every bedroom, a large, gated, swimming pool, satellite TV, WIFI and a Sonos sound system.
It is gated and has an alarm system.
The communal areas are ideal for large groups – as they are suitably large and impressive. There are 2 indoor living rooms, 4 outdoor seating areas, 2 of which are also dining areas.

The picture in the room is Toni´s grandfather off an a weekend of rabbit hunting with his pack of podenco dogs. This is where the chickens used to be kept; there is still a hole in the wall where the eggs were stored! Eggs were once a source of significant income for the small holding famers of Ibiza.
Double room with an en suite
The Bay – A bedroom with bathroom en suite, at the bottom of the Tower. This also used to be a stable.
– This is actually the oldest part of the house, from which all the other parts were eventually added. More recently it was a room for the female members of the family. A double room, which shares the bathroom with one other bedroom.

the villa is near some of the best beaches on the island. (1) Cala Gracio and (2) Gracionetta are 5 minutes away, (3) Punta Galera and (4) Cala Salada 10 minutes, (5) Platges de Conte, (6) Cala Tarida and (7) Cala Carbo 15 minutes, or (8) Salinas 20 minutes. This is the West Coast of the island, so many local sunset opportunities are available. (9) Ibiza Town is 15 minutes away, as is (10) Santa Gertrudis. the villa is therefore private and convenient – near the best beaches, town and nightlife.
the villa is approximately 350 years old, built towards the top of a hill, overlooking its own extensive agricultural land.
The Prats Family have lived in the villa for almost 200 years, originally living exclusively off its 120 000 square metres of farm land. Many of the neighbouring houses to the villa are still owned by other members of the family. Historically, substantial areas of land, especially in the San Antonio region, were given the Prats family in recompense for their role as soldiers in the re conquest of Ibiza from the Moors. There are only 12 original Ibizencan names and each one is associated with a specific place, like the Costa family come from Santa Agnes, the Prats come from San Antonio.
the villa is a large farm – away from the house, we have a few animals that we care for.
We have 2 horses, a pet pig, a flock of chickens & geese, a family of wild ducks, a flock of sheep and several border collies. We do sheep dog training and agility training. Also we can organise a tour for children with ponies upon request.
We are delighted to introduce children to the animals in a safe and playful manner.
