Built in 2005 to an exceptionally high standard the luxury apartment (75 sq m) can sleep up to 6 people and proves a fantastic holiday base in both winter and summer in the lovely Alpine village of Les Crosets.

The Apartment is furnished to a very high standard and has two large double bedrooms both with king size beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and comfortable armchairs. One room has an en-suite bathroom with large bath/shower, sink, toilet and heated towel rail. Both bedrooms have fantastic views of the Dents du Midi mountains, black out blinds and access to the balcony.

The cozy living & kitchen area is a delightful area to relax after a hard day on the ski slopes or trekking over the summer mountain slopes. The living area has a large L-shaped sofa bed, armchair, coffee table and side cabinet with large TV.

There are a range of DVD's available to watch, cd player as well as a small book library and samll selection of board games. There is wireless internet throughout the building and apartment.

The living area opens onto the balcony and there is a corner cupboard by the entrance to store coats etc. There is a second bathroom off the living area with a shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail.

The kitchen is fully fitted out with all the necessary utilities and equipment. Raclette, fondu and filter coffee machines are all present as well as an electric 4 hob cooker, fan oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and lots of cupboard storage. A full range of cutlery, plates, mugs, bowls, cooking utensils, pots/pans are all provided.

The building is completely ski-in ski-out with the nearest lift only 40m away so you can ski right to the front door. There is a ski storage room in the basement and ample parking outside the building / further up the road.

The apartment is also now registered with the Multipass system, allowing access and usage to the ski lift in the summer and other facilities around the Portes Du Soleil for just 1.5 Chf per day.

The Swiss village of Les Crosets, at 1700m, is arguably one of the best access points into the Portes du Soleil ski area but is only a 1.5hr drive from Geneva. The resort provides all the required amenities including ski hire, ski school, a small supermarket and restaurants. In addition to the village restaurants there are a number of excellent, typically Swiss, mountainside (ski access in the winter and walking/car access in the summer) eateries. Champery, a chocolate box village, is only a 20 minute drive away. The Portes du Soleil is the largest skiing area in the world with over 650km of piste linking 14 resorts which include Avoriaz, Morzine, Les Gets, Chatel, Champoussin, Morgins and Champery.

In the summer the extensive walking and VTT (mountain biking) trails keep the mountains open to all. From the centre of Les Crosets the renowned 'Swiss Wall' is only 2 lifts away and the French side only 1 lift. The area caters for all abilities of skiers and boarders.

Apartment is one of around 15 apartments in the Sundance, Les Crosets, which is a small hamlet above Champery. Ski in/ski out. All rooms are light wood with white walls and a mixture of light carpets and wood floors. Very smart and clean. The kitchen also has fondue and raclette utilities. The Sundance building and apartments have free wireless broadband.

Nice, cosy flat

We very much enjoyed our stay. . The apartment was cosy, well equipped, clean and very well looked after. The view is superb on a good day and if you enjoy skiing the location is great. I had lots of questions before our stay and the owner always got back to me on the spot and was very friendly and accommodating.

Großartiges Appartment

Das Haus liegt direkt am Ortseingang mir Parkplätzen direkt vor dem Haus. Das Appartment geht noch hinten raus mit tollem Blick auf die Dents Du Midi (wenn es keine Wolken hat). Der Weg zur Piste ist keine 100 Meter von der Appartmenttür, die Karte kann direkt dort gekauft werden, perfekt. Das Appartment ist großzügig mit viel Platz für das Equipment, zwei gleichgroßen Schlafzimmern, eines mit direktem Zugang zum Bad. Die Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen, bis hin zum Fondue und Raclette. Auch technisch ist alles auf der Höhe, schnelles WLAN, ein moderner TV und ein DVD-Player, samt guter DVD-Sammlung (alles englisch), wie übrigens auch der Besitzer. Zahlung Vorkasse ist etwas ungewöhnlich, ist aber alles optimal gelaufen. Das Wetter läßt sich nicht mitbuchen, schade, sonst optimal
