Luxury two bedroom apartment clsoe to beach and town. A real paradise.

This is a Luxury Apartment kitted out to the highest standard in a highly sort after town. Our little corner of paradise. Nerja is a very popular location with people from all over the world.

Our apartment is ground floor with a large private garden / terrace with private Jacuzzi. Consisting of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. This is a rare find in town.

You can walk to Burriana beach in about 10 minutes, there you will find plenty of bars and restaurants, water sports and a beautiful beach. The town center is an easy 30 minute walk away. There are plenty of amazing and beautiful hikes on your door step.

Two large super markets are also within walking distance.

You have use of 3 community pools, one of which is for infants.

A very relaxing and tranquil setting to help you re charge your batteries and get away from that hectic day to day.

We have air conditioning/heating in both bedrooms and the lounge, as well as ceiling fans as some people do not like the instant cold the air conditioning provides. The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need including dishwasher and washing machine.

Flat screen smart TV's through out with international IPTV and Wifi.

Large comfortable sofa big enough for all to sit on and watch a good film. This Also converts into a double bed.

Out side on the covered terrace we have a very comfortable luxury sofa/dining set which looks out to the beautiful communal gardens. The private Jacuzzi sits on the Private terrace along with the BBQ and Sun loungers.

This is a very peace full and tranquil area. You can sit on the terrace all day and soak up the sun and the sounds of nature.

The main communal pool is just a short walk down the path and is open all year round.

We provide all towels and bedding. There are also robes and slippers as sometimes it can get a little chilly when exiting the Hot Tub.

There are strict noise regulations within the community which helps make it such a peace full and tranquil place so we ask that these be respected at all times. This also means that the use of the Hot Tub after 11 pm is not permitted.

The complex has 24 hour security and the windows are equipped with electric shutters. We have also hidden a safe in the apartment for you smaller valuables.

We have tried to think of every little thing you might need during your escape but of course some things might escape us. So please just ask and we will do our best to accommodate you.

There is a first aid kit on the property just in case.

We also have provided you with some basics like dishwasher tablets, hand soap and toilet paper.

If you need our baby set then just let us know when booking. This would be travel cot, highchair and toilet step or potty if required.

If you need pram for your stay please let us know we might be able to handle that for you.

I think the photos of the apartment speak for themselves. It is easy access to any part of town. You can get a taxi with ease also and all the numbers are in our welcome book.

I am English and moved here 7 years ago, my partner is Finnish and has lived in Nerja for over 25 years.

We live outside Nerja along the coast as it is more suited to our life style with small children, and enjoyment of tiny little villages. We have a lot of love for this town and its beauties. We especially enjoy the San Isidro fiesta in Maro on the 15th of May.

Free wifi and IPTV. Air conditioning through out as well as ceiling fans. Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom. 24 hour security on site as well as a safe.

What makes this apartment unique

This is a unique property due its its outside space. In Nerja it is hard to find a place in town with such a large private garden a terrace. We have equipped this beautiful private area with bbq facilities and quality seating area. as well as the Jacuzzi and sun loungers. This garden has all day sun. It is a very relaxing place to sit and read to just rest.

Nerja is ideally located to access the motorway and go to Malaga, Granada, Motril and Sevilla. Any these historic towns are easy to see in a day and return. We have many popular hiking and walking possibilities and some amazing beaches all within walking distance. Cycling or water sports are easily available also.

Very highly recommended modernised apartment in beautiful setting

Highly recommended. Apartment was superbly modernised with all mod cons. Hot tub was wonderful and plenty of room to dine outside. Sun in garden all day but with shaded areas too. Set in beautiful surroundings, a proper little oasis! Couldn't have asked for a more perfect place.
