Excellent, can't fault it.
Great house, great location, great communication with Emanuele.
A couple of problems during our stay but they were sorted straight away.
Location is perfect, tube and bus service on the doorstep (5 mins walk max).
No noise, comfortable beds, nice lounge with flat screen TV, all pots and pans etc in the kitchen.
Really cannot fault it and would recommend it highly, thank you Emanuele.
Great place to stay
Warm inviting and cozy apartment, very well equipped with great use made of the space. Ideal for short stays with kids.
Small but good value
The pictures of the house are accurate. The space is small for four, but it is London and the price is fair for the space. The location and access to public transportation is good. With that location, the noise from the street can be heard even with the windows closed. The dishwasher remains broken. A good value for being in London.
Little Venice was a GREAT location!
We stayed at this lovely residence 5 nights (12/31/17 - 1/4/18). The flat was perfect for our family of four, 2 kids ages 11 & 14. The bunkbeds were a great fit for the kids! Close to restaurants and grocery store. Close to underground station, about a 10 min walk to Warwick Station and many bus stops. The flat was exactly as advertised.
2 Bathrooms. Enough said. Great stay!
Emanuele was very accommodating. We had a minor hiccup with the WiFi but he quickly worked to resolve. The bathrooms are very small by American standards but for 3 adults on holiday in London, an apartment with 2 bathrooms was a rare find. Definitely bring your walking shoes! While the apartment is only a quick 12-15 minute walk from the train station, after a long day of touring London, it feels like a hike. Conveniently located near numerous grocery stores and on the main train line for all the touristy sights. Overall great stay - clean, convenient, and comfortable!
London Trip - Sept. 2017
Emanuelle is a great landlord that respond to your e-mails and concerns immediately. Since our flight arrived early, he arranged for someone to meet us at his property and allowed us to check-in early (really appreciate that Emanuele). The property is modern with plenty of lights and adequate space. Having 2 bathrooms is a great plus. Another thing I like about the place is the location (restaurants, groceries, shops, and public transportation are all close by), Buckingham Palace is just about 3 miles away. We will stay again at this place if we are given the opportunity to visit London again. - Stanley (Folsom, CA USA)
