Casa La Limonaia is an ancient farmhouse apartment adjacent to the Villa The Cicaleto, eighteenth-century historic residence, located in the Sargiano hill a few km from the center of Arezzo, and is surrounded by a large park, olive groves and woods.
La Villa del Cicaleto is a majestic eighteenth century building with a front facade along the road to the monastery of Sargiano and a rear facade facing south, surrounded by a large lawn bordered by a centuries-old boxwood hedge. From this side of the eye first meets the Sargiano hill covered by old woods, precious from a naturalistic point of view for the presence of a rare species of oak, in the midst of which stands the church and the convent Sargiano that has been inhabited for centuries by Franciscan friars and was home to a faculty of theology.
The building where the headquarters of the house "La Limonaia" is closely adjacent to the villa and was once used for farming premises, as the stable of oxen, the cellar, the home of peasants and, in fact, the lemon, which is a huge room with a large front door and large glass windows, still used for their original purpose.
The house "La Limonaia" of recent restructuring is composed of a spacious and elegant living room with an original fireplace, TV, WiFi modem and two sofa beds; a master bedroom with king size bed; large kitchen with kitchenette, refrigerator, counter with four stools and a seating area with table and 4 chairs.

Limiting ourselves to the most important tourist destinations in the area: Cortona is 26 km, the center of Florence at 76 km away and the center of Siena to 63 km; Perugia 75 km, Assisi 95 km, Pienza and Montepulciano are about 50 km, 39 km away Sansepolcro, Anghiari 35 km, Monte San Savino 18 km, Lucignano 24 km.
For fans it is easy to reach the Golf Club Valdichiana in Sinalunga (39 km), and the Casentino Golf Club (12 holes) in the splendid setting of the homonymous valley, in Poppi (44 km.).
In addition, the house is located about 4 km from the Equestrian Center of San Zeno, home to international horse riding events.
Finally, it is important to mention the tourist attractions of the city of Arezzo, an ancient Etruscan center and home to many famous men: Cilnio Gaius Maecenas, Guido d'Arezzo, inventor of musical notes, Pietro Aretino, Francesco Petrarca, Michelangelo Buonarroti, Giorgio Vasari. At the highest point of the old town the recently restored Medici Fortress dominates the four valleys surrounding the city of Arezzo.
