Our beautiful home was brand new to the rental market in 2017 having just undertaken a complete renovation both inside and out to a very high and luxurious standard.

The Villa is located on the Highlands Reserve Golf Course Estate and is approximately 25 minutes from Orlando International airport and 1 hour from both Sanford and Tampa. Highlands Reserve is only 15 minutes from the main Disney attractions and a further 5-10 minutes from Seaworld and Universal Studios. Highway 192 with all its' attractions and restaurants is just 5 minutes from the villa and International Drive is approximately 25 minutes away.

The Villa offers 2400 sq. ft of open plan living area, comprising of:-

About Nina

My family and I live down on the south coast of England just on the outskirts of Brighton, East Sussex. We are a very active family and enjoy spending time with friends and family, sports and travelling.

My husband and I are busy professionals and own an independent IT Recruitment business based in Brighton.

We have traditionally spent our Christmas and New Year holidays in the USA enjoying the lovely winter sunshine and climate.

Due to work, school and family commitments however, we are unable to spend as much time over in our beautiful new home as we would like and therefore wish to share it with guests who we feel will afford it the same level of care as we do.

Nina purchased this villa in 2016

Why Nina chose Highlands Reserve

As a family we have spent the last six years holidaying in Davenport and have truly fallen in love with the Floridian lifestyle and everything that the county of Polk and beyond has to offer.

Therefore when an opportunity came along to own our very own dream-home with plenty of room for our family and in one of the nicest locations we'd found, we absolutely leapt at the chance.

We love the privacy and views that we get by backing onto a beautiful natural conservation area. We also have a fully fenced in back yard that surrounds the caged pool & sun deck area and a large open garden with wonderful Palms, Lemon, Lime & Grapefruit trees.

What makes this villa unique

Having purchased our wonderful villa in early 2016 totally empty , we have completely refitted it with ALL brand new furniture and furnishings as well as nearly every major appliance. This helps ensure a high quality look and feel to the home and affords all our guests total piece of mind of enjoying a property that benefits from having brand new, clean and modern facilities.

After such a wonderful stay in 2017 we were delighted to return this year. Villa still modern, fresh, light and airy after the refurbishment. Owners very helpful with villa information and the management company were always on hand with any queries and forthcoming with recommendations for restaurants, shopping and golf questions. Pool temperature perfect for this time of year, very welcoming and a perfect way to relax after a game of golf. Having stayed on Highlands a number of occasions we still find this property and this location the best to date.

Excellent villa in a great location

Our party of 6 were really impressed with the property. It has been recently refurbished and the home is perfect for any family looking to stay in an area that is close to all the theme parks.

We particularly liked the privacy that the fence around the pool provided as it is the only one we could see that had this. The home is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you could ever wish for. We were particularly impressed with the welcome pack and the manner in which the booking process and any queries were answered by the owners.

We would recommend that you visit the Super Walmart that is only 10 mins away to stock the large fridge freezer with drinks and ice cream and make use of the ihop and the Publix that is next door on Berry Town Centre.

If you are a golfer the service offered at the clubhouse on highlands reserve was second to none and it was very cheap compared to the UK for a round of golf with a buggy and club hire.

We would definetly stay in this villa again and enjoyed our stay throughout.

Perfect villa, everything thought of. Best we have stayed in.

The villa is perfect with everything considered. It's like home from home. Very spacious, there were 6 of us and we had plenty of room.

The villa is very well presented, modern and clean. There are nice extras too such as a safe and hair straighteners. Everything is high quality but also comfortable.

The villa is situated in a nice area, quiet but close to everything you need. We did the space centre plus parks and found these easy to get to. There is a large Walmart 5 minutes away which is very handy.

We would highly recommend staying here and can't wait to come back.
