To the north of the village is the station, with easy access to London Victoria via Chichester to the east and London Waterloo via Havant to the west. Links by road to the A27 to Brighton, the A3M to London via guildford and the M27 to Southampton are nearby.
Local attractions include Goodwood, with its stunning racecourse and motor racing circuit, Polo at Cowdray and the historic Cathedral city of Chichester, with wide variety of shopping and the renowned Festival Theatre.
