Myself and my partner felt very relaxed in Javea on our first visit in 2012 and decided it would be a nice place to visit regularly. We live and work in London and try to come back as often as we can, meaning at the very least, two/three times a year. We sincerely love our apartment and make every effort to make it of the standard we too would enjoy from a rental. The apartment provides good value compared to some other similar sized 2 bedroom apartments due to it's many extras, including an all day Sunny South facing garden, a large covered terrace, free WIFI and free local parking in all the streets around the apartment, Sky, English and Spanish TV channels, an indoor pool, open all year and heated during the winter months from Oct -Apr and a gym. All of this is set in a really great location with lot's of shops and supermarkets within walking distance and a pleasant few minutes stroll to the local beach. These great facilities are in addition to the large outdoor pool, the Jacuzzi and immaculate, spacious, tropical gardens, all set within a secure luxury development.

Great indoor pool (heated Oct -Apr) and gymnasium open everyday that are located next to the apartment, perfect for summer and winter breaks. super location, large size outdoor swimming pool. Jacuzzi. Satellite TV with English//Spanish channels, free WIFI. Beautiful grounds. Secure gated complex. Great location near the Port with an easy few minutes walk to the beach. Free parking all around the apartment and always in abundance, brilliant for longer winter stays for those seeking a winter base with underfloor heating.

Bright, clean, spacious, modern apartment in a really good location: just minutes from the port but old town and beach areas also walk-able. Underfloor heating great for winter stays. Quiet and peaceful when we were there (November/December). Plenty of on-street parking. Attractive gardens and a secure gated complex. Owner and local agent were quick and helpful in sorting out problems during our stay, none of which could have been anticipated.
Valencia and Alicante are both just over an hours drive away from the apartment. Denia is a 20 minute drive away.
